i have one problem with unlocking my htc touch2 mobile.
i cannot able to unlock when the owner's identification information option is enabled. the same i can able to do with password enabled.
kindly guide me to resolve this issue.

Install the hotfix for owner info from htc.com/ (MEG02789.exe).
I had the same problem but the update fixed it.

"device sim / network lock removed and set to supercid"
and there is not and can change the radio rom without a problem but may not use any sim I do not recognize any Help please I'm desperate

I runned the sim unlocker but no OK. Now my device says "you have tried 14 times, please wait until timeout..."
So bought the code from a site, when I can not insert it...
I´ve been waiting f4 days and nothing.
If anybody can help....

I have the same problem. Unlocking seems succesfull but it keeps asking for the simlock when I change cards.
Phone is original Orange SPV M700
I have searched all over the forum and Google for a solution for my problem, which is error sychronizing on MMS messages.
i have followed the MMS setup instructions for this device and still have the same error. is there a solution for this problem yet that doesn't involve flashing another rom? I have no experience with that procedure and would hate to try now because this is my only phone.

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum. I encountered problems relating the device lock which cannot be deactivated. I 've already tried out several cabs which are supposed to solve the problem but they did not. Also I have alreday taken a look into the registry but I could not get out which string has to be modified.
Does someone know how I can deactivate the original device lock?

I bought this phone today and I wanted to root it like all my last phones. To unlock the bootloader I followed the tutorial I found and I get the code from the Huawei website and when I input it on the phone it tells me password incorrect.
I checked what I got from huawei and it's the right number, I tried 4 times now even try to get the unlock code again which was the same and no luck.
Anyone had that problem? emailing huawei support could fix my problem?
i'm not sure what to do and I can't see anyone else with the same problem.

hi have you enabled oem unlock in developer settings?, by the way huawei doesn't support/help that problems

I just got what I was doing wrong for some reason I wanted to use the code I got from huawei website when I do the oem unlock instead of my pin code... so of course it wasn't working :silly:
