I runned the sim unlocker but no OK. Now my device says "you have tried 14 times, please wait until timeout..."
So bought the code from a site, when I can not insert it...
I´ve been waiting f4 days and nothing.
If anybody can help....

I recently bought an Orange SPV M3100 from a friend in the UK but cannot use it in my home country, Slovakia. It only works in Slovakia with a UK sim card but not with any of the Slovakian sims that I have.
I am completed new at this and think I may have found the right link to proceed with trying to unlock my M3100 but I just wanted to make sure that I am about to do the right thing.
So, am I right in saying that all I need to do is go to this posting here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=325748 then click on the 'MrVanx’s Hermes Upgrade Guide' link and go ahead and upgrade something called my ROM or have I completely missed the point?

hello, hope you are as well I need your help and please buy a pda htc trinity 100 and second read is the same as P3600 and tried to unlock all the half and found aki e could not, I mean, buy the pda in Europe ( Italy) and I decided to take him and my country Dominican Republic to enable mobile operators (orange), but will not let me when I insert the sim it says insert sim be without the inside, locked up and read this and I would like to ask how to unlock HTC_Trinity_SIM_CID_Unlock_v1 is used and not unlock my device says success sim / network lock and set to remove supercar and also tried the supercar and tells me the same thing as i am desperate please I am a newbie can explain step by step if can unlock it because the center is very expensive to unlock

I bought a 2nd hand SPV M700. It all turns on and lots to look through. I was told it is unlocked but im not sure as i only have orange sims.
The problem is It wont register to network, I have done a reset and it was in flight mode so i turned that off and the phone on but still it doesnt register. Would there be a problem after unlocking? I dont have any software for this so would a hard reset work? If so how is that done?

first thing first the sim card you have do you know it works ie have you had it working in another phone?
next
the spv m700 is made for use on orange so if the phone was not unlocked the sim should work.
but also it may help if you could give some more info on your phone.
is it flashed with another rom or is it still the shiped orange rom.
the more you can tell us about your phone someone may be able to give you more help than i can

Do you have a signal with "old" phone or some other phone?
Did you tra "Soft reset" it?
Did you try "Hard reset" it?

Yes, it works on Tytn II! After read your message, I tried the soft and the hart reset, but it still with the same problem!

Is it operator branded device ?? Maybe sim locked ?

Maybe sim locked phone, but then you couldnt recieve any messeges
Dont really know the problem. Its probably the best to go to the store where you bought it and try to replace it...tell them your problem with the device.

I've tried others Sim cards from tha same operator, and discovery that my HD2 is really locked, how can i unlock it? its easy? there is any risk to do it by myself?

Theres another thread on unlocking from tmo and some members have recommended some online, paid unlockers. Give one of them a try.
