Menu? 6.1 is a new (or renewed) OS. There is talk of PDAViet doing a Hermes ROM soon with 6.1, but it might just be a rumor.

the interface is quiet cool vista icons ... well i think i can cook up a rltoday but not the whole menu etc ... that one can use flash c++ coding with qt maybe??? which i dont know ... flash ver hv to figure out 1st on the how to ....

HTC Home Customizer application

Hi!!
Anyone knows if it's possible to run the "HTC Home Customizer application" on a Qtek 9090 ??
I tried to install a couples of times, everythings looks correctly but never works..

well it works just fine on Blueangel, if you useng WM5 you need .NET CF 2.0 to make it work

I have the WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20758 and Microsoft .NET CF 2.0....
There are any special thing that I need to know to make it runs??
or any tutorial?

Not that I can think of. It is really a "Run the Cab" and "Have Fun" kinda application. It may sound like a silly question, but which version of HTC Home do you have installed? You may have to revert back to an older version to make it work. However, I have not seen anything that suggests this... but hey, give it s shot, it might just work

Try this one. I used to use it without any issues (not that I can remember though). I am not sure which version it is, but I know it works...

Touch selection problem - Windows 6.1 ROM

I am facing this unique problem after i upgraded to official Windows 6.1 ROM.
Whenever i am in explorer/ Programs and I want to select a certain entry I hit the screen, the page scrolls rather than the entry getting selected.
I am earlier ROM (Windows 6.0) i had no such problems.
I have performed the screen orientation several number of times, but even after that it is the same.
Is there some setting that will prevent this behavior?

Same problem with my elfin 6.1, ROM 3.07.720.03 WWE.

I too have the same prob..it hapens in all scrollable screens, like sms list, contacts etc., any fix???

I've tried some PDAVIET wm 6.1 rom and...
the latest rom that works fine with my elfin is TOUCH WM6.1 ROM V60 (BLUE & BLACK VERSION) - Build 20758.1.4.1 (Manila2D):
After v62 all the roms are "build" on RUU_Elfin_hTC_Asia_India_3.07.720.03_4.1.13.71_03. 34.90_BLUE_Ship
and I think that this is the problem...

maby the latest wm6.1 rom are more touch sensitive than the previous one?

I've also tried pdaviet wm6.5 but there is the same problem....

That's work for me, with wm 6.5 pdaviet!!!
I've found two solution in my search resoults.
The first is Changing touch.dll at this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2888346&highlight=butter#post2888346
The second one is to change the pagehigh and pagelow value in registry http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2888073&postcount=78 .
I've only tried the second one without changing the touch.dll file, and it works fine!!

Changing simply touch.dll will not work, you'll need to change Biotouch.dll as well because sometimes you'll get random program shutdowns while scrolling (another butter finger issue). The latest Onyx ROM for 6.1 has the fix already.

All the new ROMs all have the fix for this.
You can try to dig down and search for the onyx xda thread.

Just been looking at the developers thread HERE
I'm getting mixed messages as to whether it will work or not. Best bet is to read as much of the thread as you can (until you get bored!) and try installing it and just see if it works. There are 3 versions, but I don't think there is one that is made to be fully compatible and working yet.

I am tired at my standard TouchFlo3D and I want to change it to something cooler. I've tried to install a new theme frome this site but it did not work. Can someone please explain for me how to turn of TochFlo3D and install something better?

Start/Settings/Today/Items to turn off TF3D.
You might like :

Sry if I'm slow but I've tried everything. I have downloaded a lots og themes installed them but they don't show up on the Today/Items. I have downloaded Diamond TF3D Config but that didn't work either. Could you explain exactly how to but the new theme on?

I've the same problem. I've done exactly the same things (Diamond TF3D config, themes,). I know how activate/desactivate TF3D but I can't use another theme than the standards one (those of my Phone Operator). It never works. So i'm very interested in the response...
