Sense UI moved up

Hi guys, sorry if this is mentioned anywhere else but I searched and couldn’t find anything.
The problem with my HD2 is that the sense ui has moved up a bit as shown in the picture.
I have this problem both with 1.43 and 1.48 firmware. When I hard reset everything is fine, but after a bit of use and a restart this happens. For example with 1.48 fw when I updated "MS my phone" it required a restart, after the restart this happened. Only the sense ui is affected.
Has this happen to anyone else? Is there a solution?

Hi! I had the exact problem on my HD2 when it was running Windows Mobile, now when it has been almost 3 years since you wrote this, there was an update for this. I can tell because it looked proper when I took a last look at Windows Mobile on my HD2

Problem with Facebook Application

Hello,
I have a problem with Facebook for Android Application.
When I try to refresh Notification I get
"Cannot retrieve Notifications. Please try again later - Connection was reset."
It was fine with my Rogers old 2.1 but when I updated to latest baseband x10a Global Generic , The facebook app isn't working.
Also, While Browsing Wifi It works fine.
Problems after updating to 1.5.1. Any suggestions?

Sorry guys, Looks like it's a bug with facebook.
Solved. Reverted back to 1.5.0 and it works just fine

[Q] htc peep twitter

since yesterday morning ive been getting the account forbidden message from twitter when using htc peep. ive tried resetting, logging out and in (both phone and pc) with no luck. i noticed a lot of people had this problem sept 2010 which was due to a system change. anyone having issues?
i am in uk with a stock rom
(i know there are other twitter clients but i like the sense one)

Mine stopped working as well. Using a custom ROM. I heard complaints about other twitterclients and even other platforms. So that might be a problem caused rather by twitter than by Peep...

thanks for confirming. i recall it was a twitter change last time that caused problems. surprised there arent more complaints here tho!

Stock ROM 3.14.404.2 (04555) NLD same problem with HTC Peep.
Switched back to MoTweets which works fine.
Problem seems to be with Twitter itself that has increced its security.

Search for HTC peep on twitter - lots of complaints! I see someone refers to a hotifx on the HTC official site.

Yeah, the fix for HD2 could not be installed. I get an error message saying this hotfix is not for my device. I am using Stock Rom from Telstra (Australia). The Australian HTC site does not have an update for Peep.

I am using german vodafone stock 3.14 ROM and had the same problem. I downloaded the patch from the HTC support page, installed it and all was fine

Have a look at this thread. The cabs in the posting #13 should help you out. I used the one for HD2 (as my twitter tab comes from HD2) though I have no Ide if it makes a difference at all...
And just in case: make a backup of your device

hello arc068. Use version 0.93 a month on my tattoo and it's fine. installing the 1.02 everything works except the market that will not start. are the only one having this problem?

I have problem with market too. I used for a long time cyanogenmod7 but since market update to version 2.3.6 i couldn't download anything. Today I installed nfinity 1.02 , first time same problem. Second time I create a new google account and at the begining everything seems to be OK but later same thing. I think the problem is at the market and not in ROMs. I hope that all who have this problem find a solution.Android might become expensive as Windows. Shame for Google.

Also trying to uninstall market updates wont work couse it has some kind of auto update thing and always update to 2.3.6 version.

[Q] Need help with sense weather.

first up hello everyone... now im having a problem with sense weather not updating, im currently on Rafdroid hd 4.0.2, and everithing worked fine for about 2 weeks then weather stopped updating, and also noticed it does not appear on the sync list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PS.
I get this message when trying to update ( The connection dropped while your weather information was downloading. try downloading again? ).
