pick Italy then go to support .... update or software some thing like that
then download the italian rom

if you want to install WM 6.5, you must change the rom cooked with WM 6.5!

sorry, but i don't know cooked Italian Rom and i think not yet been cooked rom in Italian.
I suggest you install an English ROM because it is irrelevant!!
