How to translate?

Hi,
I would like to translate wm 6.1 in the German language. Is this only possible with the microsoft wm 6.1 sdk or are there other possibilities still work?

I'm interested in this too, because there are no german WM 6.1 ROMs out there...
so is there a nice tutorial or something?

if you want to install WM 6.5, you must change the rom cooked with WM 6.5!

sorry, but i don't know cooked Italian Rom and i think not yet been cooked rom in Italian.
I suggest you install an English ROM because it is irrelevant!!
