Hi!
How do I associate the Streaming Media Client with Opera in HTC HD2? Now when I try to open streaming media in Opera it starts Windows Media Player and it doesn´t work. If I run IE and open the same streaming media file the Streaming Media Client starts and everything works fine.

Hi all,
I'm looking for a program which could make my multimedia files stored on a WinXP PC available on my I-mate K-jam (HTC Wizard) trhough WiFi, resizing video on the go accessing them.
Thx in advance
Have you tried orb or MS Media Encoder.
Orb works through the Internet. I'd like to use my WiFi network only.
Windows Media Encoder let you only stream contents, so it doesn't let you you choose them from the "client" device, you're stuck with the content the server is streaming at that moment.
Yes, I already tried them both before
Have you tired VLC?
There is a VLC port for wm5. See it that will work.

login probs
I tried registering and left the email field blank cause I don't like to get spam. it accepted my registration but now I can't login with the password I picked because I never got the confirmation email for obvious reasons.
www.yamgo.tv works in my Opera brower although the movies are jerky. This site plays movies directly in the browser.
The site www.yamgo.movi does not work for me. I have been tying for the last two days. When I press a movie link it takes me to the windows media player tries to connect for a few seconds and then media player gives the mesage that the server is not responding. Anyone so far actually been able to stream movies to their media player??
Regards

The url should be yamgo.mobi, not .movi.
I have an iMate Ultimate 8502 with Windows Mobile 6.1. My home network is all Windows 7 with Windows Media Player and Squeezebox Server both running as media servers. My iMate 8502 cannot see any network media server using Windows Mobile Media Player, Conduits Pocket Player or TCMP. I realise that non-Windows 7 machines cannot see shared Homegroup folders but my Sony TV quite happily streams from the Windows Media Player server. Any ideas?
Thanks!
I am currently syncing over WiFi with Winamp, and it works fine.
But I am finding that I like Windows Media Player's UI more. Is there any way I can sync over WiFi with Windows Media Player? Google rendered no help.
Is there a music player that can stream off network shares (Windows Network), with a good UI/Album Art, etc... I don't want to load the N7 down with music, and my server has 30GB I'd like to stream. I can use BS Player/VPlayer/MX Player...or ES File Explorer, but I wanted a more "Media Center" type experience. Something like PowerAmp, but I don't know if it can do network folders.
Thanks,
RF
