Phone wont turn on

Hello!
Sorry if I posted this thread wrong, but I really need help from you guys. I've been searching trough the forum for hours, bit didn't find how to fix my Elf. When i turn it on it only show "smart mobility" and then turns off again. I can get it to bootloader via usb-cabel, but how do I flash it with a new rom from here? I need a original english rom, and my phone info is:

CID : HTC_H10
IPL : 1.11.0002
SPL : 1.11.0000
ROM version : 1.11.409.1B
Ext ROM version : 1.11.409.101
Operator version : None
Language : Norwegian --> but I need english
I really hope you guys can help! Spent a lot of money on this phone

I have also run into this problem when I flashed to Onyx stable. Win 6.1
Is there a fix for this or must a new ROM be loaded?

Try downloading the official rom first from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=442391. It comes as an installer and no need for spl's or uspl's etc etc since it is an official rom. It should work and you'll have a usable phone again

Cool thanks, I managed to sort it out this morning by opening the bootloader screen
and reflashing the uspl and ROM.

BIG problem!

Im new here in the HTC forum and I really love all the upgradings you can do with the Elf. But I've now bumped into a big problem.
I first fallowed all the steps about how to flash 6.1 roms on the phone. It worked great but because of the lack of special letter (for my country) I wanted to flash back to the original rom that I dumped. I used the used the ROM update utility to flash it back and it worked. But when the phone reboots it just shows the smart mobility screen for some seconds and then shuts off, so I started to think that I've bricked the phone. So I read all the recovery threads and tested the methods without success... I try to flash to different roms but still get the same result; the smart mobility text and then it shuts off. What should I do? Is this a known problem?
And I just want to att that ut dosn't say "RUU" in the top right corner of my screen when I boot into the tri color bootloader. Is this maybe the problem?
Sorry if this is a repost but I've used the search function without success. Don't really know what to look for, need a hint.

i had a p3451 when i try to flash the original radio rom from comcel colombia
the same thing happen to me ...so i flash a 03.39.90 radio rom and fix the problem and works perfectly...but i need to install the original rom again

HTC Touch P3450 screwed!!!

hey guys being a newbie i just upgraded my HTC Touch 6.0 to 6.5 everything went all fine my cell started with 6.5 i even used it for 15 mins and and after i switched it off to insert my sim card my phone never started. it just shows me the SMART MOBILITY screen and turns off in 5 secs... wat sud i do now

have you even tried hspl or uspl/ipl?

You bricked the HTC... Now you must recover him...
Follow this steps and with luck you will be fine:
1º [PRJ] Unbricker ROM discovered (wildcard CID and Model ID)
2º Pick any shipped ROM from this thread:
If you have one P3450 -> here
If you have one P3452 -> here​
After this, with luck and good work you recover the phone...
3º Then you must do CID_Unlock... You can search how to do it on Wiki or if you want i got one steps how to do it right here and you can see one video with cid_unlock on my signature...
Remember, read all stuff in the thread's i point to you!!!

Ps: After you CID_Unlock your device, after and only after you can flash cooked ROM's

but 1st.. try to find ur original shipped ROM. and flash it through SD card method.
u can find it from official HTC website.

You need the RUU (Rom update utility), just put the ".nbh" file in the same folder of RUU and then run the RUU executable file.
RUU comes with most of the roms, but you can also download it from here http://www.mediafire.com/?bdwsdandzyd

BTW did you flash the ROM through white screen method, or did you flash the USPL (hard to tell from your device info)?

touch not working
hi...my htc touch is showing a blank screen with two buttons at the bottom menu and delete and both not working.I tried to upgrade to windows 6.5.after booting it just hung up and restarted again and now its a blank screen.i tried to install other roms but active sync is not working so no use.can any one help me with that?thanks

Hi, i have an ELF HTC and i am a newby at this and i made my fone crash. i tried to upload a new rom, i manage to unlock it and then i updated the rom but as i am a litle stupid with this kind of things i flash anothers htc rom as i checked later. Now it starts the phone and stop at the "Smart Mobility" screen and about 4 seconds after it shows this it apears and above the "Smart Mobility" with red letters "OS 2.5.0.0"
i tried hard reset but nothing happens or to upload ne rom from sd card but as i press the camera button and then the reset it does not work.
What can i do? Please advise me so because i am lost.

The same phone doesn't work in USA with AT&T sim? In fact, it doesnt even detect any network carrier
Please help in fixing this

have you unlocked the phone? Have you flashed a different radio etc? What is your your device info? Have you tried to manually search for a network? Was the phone fully functional in India?

Yes, phone was working. have used the phone both in India & Europe with the original ROM
In US, HTC couldn't detect any Network even tried Manual. Tried updating the ROM, no luck. Currently this is what I have on my HTC with WM6.5

As that is the case, the only thing I can suggest at the moment would be trying different radios - I have an Elf in the same position which also randomly stopped picking up networks, which I am still trying to find a fix for
I do hope it is not the internal antenna or something like that.
I'm presuming that the SIM works in another phone as well?

Need to update my P3452 to markup language Portuguese Brazil, plus his biggest problem is that sometimes he does not want to connect with many attempts to try connecting only mode Reset then he connects more after a while it crashes and just take the battery i do not care more. I am wanting to upgrade for more applications posted on this forum are experiencing errors>> Error [207]: Update Error <<. The image version of my HTC is 2.20.707.1B. I really need help. Thanks!

i did my best to increase the network signal but invain
i flashed six radio version also invain
the net work always searching, after some times end with strong signal
then weak signal an come back to searching
BY the way my battery is about to die SO is the battery has
something to do with the signal

There must be some influence with the battery, if you go to settings/connections/wireless lan you find a tab for power mode so maybe a battery change will help. I would also advise you to flash a new rom just in case someone tampered with network config. Don't forget to check if it's not a router or modem problem ...

So your cid is hspl, you can flash another rom, try onyx which is very stable and reliable and see if it's not a rom's problem.

You can find at
Start ----> Settings ----> System ----> Device Information
At first tab (Version) you can see Radio version.
