Media Player Volume

On my 8525 with WM6 if I play an MP3 with media player and the volume is at 100% it is plenty loud. If I adjust the volume down to 5%, there is only a minuscule difference. I would expect it to become quieter. This happens with the internal speaker or my headphones.
If I use TCPMP I can adjust it's volume slider and it works correctly: from quiet to loud.
Is there a fix for WMP so that the volume works correctly? If I want to listen to music at work with WMP I have a choice of real loud or loud.

Volume in music player

Hi there,
as we all know there are issues with the volume/audio gain on our HD2 with WP7 which can be partly cured with the cab fixes or via registry.
One problem for me is that the music player via headphones is sooo quit that I have to raise the overall volume to >25. Normal notification sounds and stuff are way to loud then even with the above mentioned volume fixes.
Is there any fix to equalize the music sounds and the overall volume? I like to listen to music in the car via the headphone jack connected to my radio but I do not like navigon yelling into my ear much louder than the music ^^.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Neo

Volume buttons on headphone pause playback of audio

Has any one else have issue with this? I have tried apple and samsung headphones that have volume controls on the headphone wire and both of them pause audio play back if you try to turn the volume up or down. I tried this in Google Music and Beyond Podcast and same issue. If I press volume up then playback pauses.
i know that certain wired headphones WON'T control volume on Android devices - especially Apple buds.

Bluetooth Media Volume Increase

Is there a relatively easy way to increase the volume of media via Bluetooth without installing Viper4Android or similar app? For the most part, the volume is just fine. I am a landscaping supervisor and spend most of my days on a mower cutting grass. I recently bought some new Beats Power Beats BT headphones and the volume just isn't loud enough while on the mower. If I used my Beats wired headphones, they are plenty loud enough. I had the same issue on my Galaxy S5 but I fixed it using Wanam on Xposed I believe. Thanks in advance for any help.
I have the Samsung Level U Pro Bluetooth headset, and they are an amazing set in manipulating volumes. I can adjust the volume of the headset themselves separately from the phone's own Bluetooth volume. So this ultimately let's me put it on full blast from the volume controls of both the phone and the headset (not that I want to since I already blown my right ear nearly 6 years ago, which leaves me with tinnitus to this day).
Anyway, that's just my two cents about having loud volumes.
My Power Beats headphones have a separate volume adjustment also and it helps, they just quite don't get loud enough. I know what you mean about too loud as well but its either headphones or mower noise. 6 in one, half a dozen in the other in my opinion. And honestly, I listen to audio books as I am mowing, not music, so it's just a narrators voice and not loud music....but it does me no good if I can't hear the narrator that is reading the book. I'd rather it be able to get TOO loud and I can turn it down than to not be able to hear it over a running mower.
