Hy everyone , i've seen that someone could take off memory card from Nexus 7 but is it possible to change this SD card with a 32G for example ??
Thank's
(bad english sorry )
There isn't a MicroSD slot so the only way to add extra storage so far is to use a USB on the go cable with a MicroSD reader and MicroSD or thumbdrive/external HDD.
If you're talking about replacing the internal memory chip with a 32 GB chip, its damn near impossible.
Hi guys,
I got for my girlfriend s4 with broken SD slot so I have to stick only with internal memory.
As I can see from standard 16 GB is cca 8 GB free which is not too much. I would like ask if is somehow possible to resize storage to shrink partition which is allocated for system itself?
In case that this is possible are there known any problems (I read somewhere that system has after shrinking problem with Bluetooth)?
Thanks,
Stan
Personally, I would not take a chance with re-partitioning the memory.
The SD and sim slot are easily replaced on the S4 and the part is cheap from eBay.
One can resize the internal memory only on the GT-I9500, and only to about 11GB.
All other models have to make do with the microSD cards.
I know that creating swap file on sd card will damage it, but what if i create it on internal storage ??
Thanks
I accidentally launched an application that connects both internal and external memory. Now I have a problem how to remove the external memory because part of the system is on it.
how to separate the memory I accidentally linked?
problem solved
Hello everyone.
I unsoldered my internal storage which is an UFS 2.1 with bga 153.
Do u know if it does exist some usb reader for UFS where i can solder my UFS?
And in that case maybe i can read with some software?
