I got out of memory eror when trying to connect, this is obviously not a memeory issue - I also get this error on Fpsece 9.5.
Is this a well known WM6.5 issue or something?

i own the BGP100 aswell and i had some problems too. Check the driver ive attached, works very well for me (tested on a Diamond, doesnt work with shipped driver).
I got it from Pocketpc.ch (German language PPC forum). It by the user Black Panther.

Howto
1. click "search"
2. wait (on diamond it takes some time)
3. the dropdown should show the right thing when its done searching
4. click "connect"
5. click "red stream"

The gamepad does not work on the HD2 until someone figures out a way to make the HD2 connect to the gamepad.

It doesn't work. It says it's for a different bluetooth stack.
Sadly it does not work.
It says it is not made for our bluetotth stack and then it gives a .NET error.
Still hoping there is a solution out there somewhere.
Just saw this custom bluetooth software BTExplorer that is compatible with all kinds of bluetooth devices and uses their custom bluetooth stack. Right now they state WinMo 6.5 as coming soon. It is works with the Gamepad in 6.1, there could be hope it would with 6.5. Anyone willing to try with 6.1?
Can can one find BTExplorer to download or buy?
I could not find it anywhere except on their website, and there is no download link.
I have tried looking for a trial, but unable to locate one. Might try using their contact page to see if they have a trial.

Hi,
When I power the screen down via pressing the power button briefly ( Standby mode ) I have some issues when I turn it back on - IE the backlights off and I have to manually go in and turn it back up again - is this me or a bug ?
Also the GPRS monerting software they give you is very good I think - any one know of a simular one for calls....
( For those that dont have one - it loges when you use GPRS and based on figures it gives you etc tells you when you have used your free quoter / gives reports and a few other things from your today screen ).

I had the same problem. After a hard-reset and NOT installing GPRSmonitor it never happened again...
Found who makes this app and sent this.... ( No doubt it will be speak to T Mobile ) but any one else with this prob may also want to mail them....

Got your app ( v1.0.0.1 UK ) bundled with my Tmobile Vario - I think it has a
bug. Every so offten when the the phone has its screen off or its in stand by
mode that when the phone comes back on the back light does not - and in fact
you have to go set it back to the right level to see any thing.
Also is it possible to have an option to stop the GPRS connection until such
time as the user wants it. I find that even though its disconnected when I have
finished a wifi session it the trys to dial out via GPRS... and I'm not the only
one if you look at xda-developers forum.
I found a work around which was to change the T Mobile Internet connection to
use com1 and dial '1' instead.... ( That would be a nice to have ).
In the mean time if you have any suggestions re the back light please let me
know.

hi i wanted to try out picsel browser for my trinity.. so recently I installed
Picsel Browser for Pocket PC but because it didn't work i removed it afterwards.
But the program left something in the machine that I can not think a way to remove it.
Every time I turn on my screen i get a "pop-up" wich says: "Can not find
\Windows\PicselBrowser.exe".
I searched all registry can not find the key to launch program at every time power on.
i hope some one can help me...

Try to check the notification queue for an event that will try to run \windows\picselbrowser.exe, and if there is such an event then delete it.
The event should be NOTIFICATION_EVENT_WAKEUP
Edit: you will of course need a program that can show the notification queue and delete the event if relevant.

What didn't work with the browser. I'm using it and it runs great.
it just didn't start... it gave an error i believe...
so that was the reason i deleted the program again.
Did the app just shutdown or did you actually get an error message? If the app just shutdown then its probably due to not having a data connection. The app does not open the connection so before using picsel I open up IE and once connected I close IE.
Can you tell me where you got the picselbrowser software?

Do you know, wether the Free Task Manager will work also with the WM 6.1 ???

BUT I could not delete the event in the notification as you said, then I changed the moment it should pop up into "when a IR network was dected" or something like this - as I am sure I never will have a IR-Network working
Butu it is not the solution that makes me happy ...

by the way, Picsel works quite fine with my Touch Cruise and WM 6.1 the only problem the nasty popup

I'm trying to get Skype to work on my XDA Trion over a WiFi connection, but when I try and start a connection, even to the test connection, the program quits. Apparently, this is because only "chat" is supported on the Hermes.
So the big question is.... Has anyone got it to work? Is there an older/newer version of Skype that might support voice comms (and maybe even the camera) on a Hermes?
I am currently using version 2.2 of Skype on WM5.

My brother and I both have an Alltel touch, and are experiencing problems with the MMS. It say a 1kb limit is there a registry key I can edit to fix this?

Man I too have been having problems on my Alltel Touch for quite some time. I've tried just about everything I can, to get either Arcsoft 3 or 5 to work with the latest 20755 from PPCKitchen.org with no luck. I've tried the OEMs in the kitchen and a few cabs I've found around here and there. I dont care which version I have to use, I just want one to work, So please, if you make any progress please let me know in this thread.
I've been up all night and I'm too tired to remember details right now, but I'll post tomorrow and let you know what I've found after dabbling with this for awhile.
What rom and what version/origin of arcsoft are you using?
I don`t think I`m have arcsoft, I`m pretty sure it was removed from my rom due to a secruity hole. The rom is Whodaman`s TF2d ver 1.6. My brother had this problem with stock Alltel roms before I ever used custom ones on his. It said a 1kb limit, at the time when he pointed it out me we were roaming in San Diego, but when we got back it was the same. I tried another rom before the one I`m using now, conflipper`s I believe, and it was supposed to have a registry edit that allowed MMS up a couple Mbs. even with that rom I couldn`t get it to work. Maybe I flash back to stock try it, and if it works I`ll record the registry settings to see if there diffrent, as far as arcsoft goes I dunno too much about that.

I have now been trying to get my brand new Desire Z to work proberly the whole afternoon but some problems remains which is why i now come to you for help. I've listed them in a list below.. Hope you can help me out here
My HTCSense.com account seems to be missing a lot of functionality.. Phonefinder didnt work, so i had to recover/reinstall something called "Locations" before it got to work. I had allready enabled this "Phonefinder" but HTCSense.com told me that it was disabled. However i still seem to be missing a lot of stuff at my htcsense.com account. See this screenshot:

It is like there should be some menu at the top or at the side which iam not getting. I have tried both Internet Explorer and Firefox, which gives the same results.
When i turned the phone on for the first time it showed me some suggestions to friends that i could add from HTCsense.com. When i wanted to select them they dissapeared and didnt show up again. How can i see this list again?
They have however later showed up and i managed to send a request to one of the suggestions but when i try to the other one (it gives me two suggestions) it says that it was not possible to request at the moment.
Everytime i turn on the phone or reboot it, i get a Nortification that my "SIM card has been changed", which is not the case..
Allmost everytime i try to access HTC likes and HTC Hub i get a message that it couldnt connect to the HTC Sense server.
Sometimes when i write speciel characters like ÆØÅ it writes them in uppercase no matter what i do.
I hope that you can help a newbie with some of these problems.. Its been a long time since i've used an Android phone

Regarding HTC sense we have the same experience with errors and functionality. About the sim problem maybe you could try doing a full wipe/reset?
