Hey people, how do i sync my contacts with google on the HTC HD2?
Is this an android only feature and if so what would be my easiest option?
Goto settings - data services - activesync...enter your google account info and use m.google.com for connection.

i Got to Legends and i used 2 ways to get my contacts on the phones
1. Phone : Sync Windows Mobile Phone via Exchange direct with google (Calendar and Contacts) after i Install my Legend and Config it with my Google Account he gets the Data from google
2. Phone was syncd with Outlook and HTC Sync,
all works finde but the datas are not syncd with the 2.nd google account i used for it
how can i get this calendar and contacts syncd with google (want manage the data online)
ideas`?
If you go the first way, configuring you googlemail-account on the legend, you have a contact and calendar-sync already. Go to your settings -> accounts and synchronisation and choose your google-account. You should see there 3 options, you can tick:
synchronise contacts
synchronise mails
synchronise calendar

is there a way to change/remove the primary gmail account on Wildfire?
I'd like to change without factory reset because i have to sync with a calendar of another account.

I've tryed but in Settings -> Accounts I can't remove the account I've used to configure the mobile the first time so I can only sync the calendar of that account.
The only way I found was to factory reset, but the annoying thing is, the one app I purchases it tied to the old gmail account (and cannot be changed).
So I have to have my old gmail account as the primary address on my phone, or I can't have my app.
And so I can't sync my phone with my new 'Google For Domains' accounts calander.
I have 4 different google calendars... Birthdays, Class Schedule, Assignments, and my regular personal Calendar. I want to be able to sync all of the calendars with WP7 but everywhere i've looked says it can only be done by syncing the calendars to outlook, then syncing outlook to the phone.
Has anyone figured out a way to do this without syncing it to Outlook? I already have an Outlook calendar for work and merging the two and not being able to differentiate them would just be a big mess...
Setup a google mail account (for each account of course)
Go in those accounts to settings > sync settings > and tick the option "calendar" where you will also find the option for mail and contacts
All the calendar items will appear in the calendar of WP7. Or at least, this is how it works for me

Somebody might put some additional notes to this, as i have no idea if the calendar that is used is automatically the outlook calendar?
depends on if u haave a google account for home and another for school like some colleges use the google apps domain to host their email and calendar ervvices you can set this up by going to settings email and accounts then add an account hit google and enter your full email and password even though it says username that threw me off the first time too so im just telling you now
I found quite some usefull threads on how to set up and avoid problems with syncing my HD2 on WP7 (7403) with google. I can get it to sync mail and "my contacts". The latter means "importing" the contacts in that category. What it does however NOT do, is exporting the contacts from my phone (mainly just names with phone numbers) to my google account. How do i get this to work?

set up a gmail account on your phone , then when you check your gmail it automatically syncs.
On the phone gmail account settings you can choose what it syncs ( mail / calender/ contacts) All working well.
"phone" account in google calendar issue - how to prioritize own google account

My GF has this phone and started using calendar so we could share things but heck it didn't synchronize! What turned out all events were added by default by a "phone" local account not her main gmail account (which is the main google account on phone) - and that does not synchronize ! Huawei's idea!
Is there any way that the events in calendar are added by default by the google account? or a way perhaps to delete/get rid of the "phone" accout/calendar ?
Unticking the "phone" calendar in options doesn't change the problem above
Other side of the problem is google calendar in my phone (android 6.0 , blackberry priv) somehow is now missing the shared calendar from her (google account is not listed there but it was). On google account when I log in from a browser it is there all allright
