I been searching for a while looking for the cab. I finally found it and wanted to share it. Maybe you can add it to the OEM cab's thread and remove this one.

This version of 2.x doesn't work on non-htc devices as well, you got any other version of it?

how is it different than 1.x?

Well the reason i posted this cab, it is the only version that i could find that worked correctly with WM6.1 rom. The others would cause and error and cause the device to reboot.

Would you mind tell us what kind of phone do you have? I cannot make it work on my Wizard after installing 6.1. Many different ROMs have been tried but all have the same problem.

I success installed on P3300. WM6.1 ROM by meschle.
How to remove the original WM6.1 Task Manager ? I don't know it will conflict or not.

HTC Task Manger 2.0 build 31261
I installed it on my hermes wm 6.1. The task manager seems to be working but there's no X button. I tried in options, reinstalling many times but nothing. Would anyone know if there's registry entry that could be responsible for that? Thanks

I used it in the past on a tmobile wing (htc herald) and the problem is it does not differentiate ok and close at all. If I tried to make a new appointment in my calendar and hit ok it would close the calendar program and didn't save anything.

I did success install but I think use another company is better support and bugfix and cute and low memory usage.
Such as BatteryStatus Extended version have built in these function. or SPB Pocket Plus.
I am newbie too. No time to learn PPC. If i have another choice I will told here.

Works on the Duttys 6.1 - 5.2.19716 just fine. Needs a soft reset after install; and the installer complains that it might not work right; but seems to be working okay on my end.
X Buttons and all.

I definately prefer BatteryStatus Extended version for closing apps on my Hermes!

This X-button cab works on the Mogul with 6.1. Not sure why it was labelled Taskmanager 2.

Any other users install this on WM6.5 Titanium? It works, but only from the Home screen, and it is in the same spot as the clock in the title bar area. It is actually overlaid on top of the clock and looks bad.
This makes the app pretty useless if it can't be used from the title bar from anywhere other than the Titanium home.
FYI this is on a xv6800 (titan).

Running Programs app for WM6?

I had a Running Programs app in my WM5 programs, but I haven't got it in the WM6 build. Please can someone post the cab for me? It listed all running programmes and tasks.

Now this is off a thread in the Hermes section so I am not sure if it works on the BA (the old version however did)

Well I stand corrected, the above link is the Task Manager not the X Button application.
Well let me put it this way I can't find the option to get the X Button.
In other threads it says that it works with 6.1.
Anybody have any Ideas ??

Well I found this version that works with the drop down

However the Options part does not.
Now I know that I had a working version in my 6.0 rom.

Tried the cab instal but the App didn't run...

Touch Pro 2 Manila Port for Xperia

Guys,
I have been browsing the Blackstone & Raphael forums where work is underway/already completed for porting the cool new TF3D from Touch Pro2 for those devices.
Any idea if we can expect the same for our very own Xperia also???
I saw that Dutty has cooked a ROM for Blackstone which has this TF3d built in along with all the add ons. Will this work on Xperia? Anyone know if there is a cab for just the manila which one can try on the Xperia instead of flashing the entire ROM???

im havin HTC rhodium jus bought with win 6.1 and Touch flow 3d 2.1 pre installed now my questions are
How do i upgrade manila?? change my clock appearance to Transparent and where do i get "CFC UGI" also the registry editor app !!!
wat is rom n wat can i do wid dat??
plzz help !!!!

hello, and congratz on your new rhodium.
first of all you can just search the forums, there are a lot of updates and programs created by excellent people here for the clock.
about ROM, this is basically your operating software i.e. the windows mobile you are running.(simply and best way i - still new to this as well, can describe it)
you can flash (upgrade) your ROM to any stock (from htc) ROM's available (now WM6.5) or to any one you can find here under ROM developement forum (highly recommanded - much better then the htc ones usually).

I have a htc touch hd and i want to perform a task 29.Can sombody just go through this in its most simplist form as i have looked at the task 29 thread and i just dont get it.I want to put the newest energy rom.If somebody has done this could you just tell me what i have to download and then what to do
