In the weekly calendar you cannot go past 01-November! Even if you are past it and scroll to another week, it comes back to 01 November!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y7abOlvjeb0
Multiple people reported the same effect. A report has been send to HTC.
Update: it happens when selecting Monday as the first day of the week, with first day on a Sunday, it is no issue.
Left button only switches between 'agenda" and "month". Menu is to be used for "week", "day", "year" views.
Update: addition: "double weeks" found by : Basst85.
- 1 feb - 7 feb 2010
- 1 mrt - 7 mrt 2010
- 1 nov - 7 nov 2010
These weeks appear double in the week view.
26 jul - 1 aug 2010 same error as the 01-November, week view does not get past this week!
Confirmed, and in HTC Calender day view, I can only select Month in the bottom bar. It won't let me cycle through Year/Month/Week/Day. Only through the Menu on the bottom right can I directly select date view.
I have the same problem. I have a T8585 HD2, UK version, obviously running a stock ROM.
On the calendar tab go to "settings" and make sure you deactivate the option "Nag me. In weekview always scroll back to the first week of november 2010"

Thanks Pandor.
This has saved me coming back in attempt to sort this problem out.
Weird
I notice that if I click the "next week" (down) button on the top right, and change to a different application and then back, it is on week commencing 9 November, but then which ever icon I click it goes back to w/c 2/11 then to w/c 26 Oct.
Change start of the week (in options of the tab) to "Sunday" --> worked for me - no bug anymore
What an unusual bug.
Sunday as start of the week works, but is too bizarre of an idea to wok with, I'll just wait for an update. I live in agenda view anyway.

I noticed this bug last night also.
Having Sunday as the first day of the week is just weird. So going to live with. I live in monthly view anyway. Not that busy.

Hallo!
I wonder if the WM5 changes the time automatically in the Summer and Winter time for Europe countries.. As you know in April and October the time changes ( +1 or -1 ) , this happens automatically in Windows XP , is there such a function for the Wizard ? If yes, is there anywhere in WM5 as a settings for that ?
It should set it automatically, but it failed to do so this year (1st time since I've got my device). There isn't a place where you can set it, but I bet it is at the Regional Setting (hidden), where the unit will change according to your region.
I know (presume) that it will change the time because when I looked into the notification queue, there is a windows time mangement thing that runs on the exact time and date, for the summer time changing. So, I'm pretty sure that it will change the time, but not sure why it doesn't the last time.
Get yourself a software to check the Notification Queue, look for schedule items that starts at a specific time, and see if it is there.
Time zones & summer time changeover info (i.e. when the changes happen) are stored in the registry, IIRC.
Thank you - both - fp your answers.
What led me to ask this question is : after installing a program called WorldMate, I noticed that the time between my location and other countries are wrong, probably 2 hours different instead of 1 hour, because in summer my country has +2 than GMT time, and only +1 more than the GMT time... But I noticed that WorldMate showed me that my country is only +1 instead of +2 in summer, and the program is based on the device system... I changed the time and added +2 manually in WorlMate, and this corrected the issue.

Edit:
Gave it a try, cant get D pad to navigate menu, can no longer manually update all feeds globally due to new folder feature. Minor today text bug still not fixed. Reverted to 2.4.2. Still the best feeder I have tried. Better luck next time.
Edit:
Six days later a 3.0.1 and a bag of bug fixes. Almost there.
Edit:
Another six days 3.0.2 and more fixes.
Edit:
31 08 06 v3.0.3 more fixes and schedule feature added.
Not sure where i should post this since i didn't see a cm7 forum and this it's on my kf.
I flashed to the cm7 barebones the other day. Then i installed the weather channel app. When I go to 10 day forecast, along the lefthand side should be the day of the week. But it shows a day number instead. Ie. 1 for sunday, etc. It is like it is not translating correctly from the os.
Google calendar shows the day of the week.
Any ideas? Didn't see anything in settings.
Received a notification this morning that my unbranded Australian Note 10.1 N8000 (CSC XSA) now has an update available. A couple of days ago the N8010 (wifi) also supposedly got the update to Jelly Bean.
Unfortunately it won't do the update yet as the battery is too low even though I have it plugged in, but I'll update as soon as it has enough charge.
OTA update successful. Device is now saying it's on Android 4.1.2.
Build number: JZO54K.N8000XXCMB1
Changes I've noticed so far:
- New blocking mode in settings - can block calls/texts at certain times of the day and can set exceptions for certain people
- Smart rotation - screen rotation now based on the angle of your face, so you can lie sideways in bed and read.
- Accounts section is totally different in settings menu - now separate accounts are listed in the top level menu
- New disclaimer and privacy policy (for the OTA update service)
- Many apps, including stock browser, email, YouTube, etc can be un-maximised and become floating windows which can be dragged around the screen. They can then be re-sized and pinned (made always on top?), This is true even for some third-party apps like Friendcaster, so it looks like it's a native Android thing rather than Samsung-specific. Unfortunately I can't find a way to make them snap to half the screen like the old split-screen mode. *EDIT - The arrow in the bottom middle of the screen brings up options to switch from the cascade to a split-screen view.*
- Browser now has page preloading (in addition to search result preloading which it already had). Can be off, wifi-only (default) or always.
- Stock email app (not gmail) is still slow and clunky. Project butter seems to have done nothing for it.
I'm sure there's lots of other great changes.
Sweet, finally!!!
I wonder though, why does it say this was released in February on Sammobile.com when we're halfway through March? Why was this not pushed out with the n8010 release?

I was wondering that too. It's possible I did miss it by a while, but that's unlikely - I have been regularly checking using OTA, Kies and on Sammobile.com. I suspect it might be backdated to the date Samsung put on the build??
Mate, I've been checking sammobile every day since the N8010 JB update was released, asked Samsung and was informed that they don't answer rom release questions, just given the usual BS about testing and getting it right for us.
I think it's a bit slack though to release a rom almost a month after it should have come out. And it's a real spit in the eye to then back date it to make it look as if it was released on time....
Now I have text like this: $#C0SEEE##C1SEEE#!=#DE#?#C1Sdd.MM# #C1SEEE#$ $#C1EHHmm#=0000?-:[tl]#C1SHH:mm#-#C1EHH:mm#[/tl]$$#C1EEEE#=0000?#C1TITLE#:
#C1TITLE#$$#C1LOC#=?:#C1LOC#
$
this show me calendar entry with day, hour and name. But if meet is all day this not show hour (like 00:00 -00:00) and this is OK. But if something in calendar takes longer then one day (ex. trip since 28.09-5.10) I see only firs day (ex. 28.09 mon. - holiday) HOW do that if something take longer then one day it show full range ex. "28.09 mon. - 5.10 thu. - holiday" but still if something is only one day it show only this day.
Çözüm bulabildin mi kardeş? Bulduysan haberimiz olsun. Vesselam.
