already asked in the hero thread but is anybody interested in trading their mytouch3g for a Tmobile touch pro2? its in near flawless condition. I've had a screen protector on it the whole time. I got it in september, I was in the mood to try some thing new. but seeing how an android was my first smart phone I am unable to adapt to anything else. anyways, if anyone is interested just let me know

interested in purchasing my (old) Wing? Its not tht old but the screen is cracked and needs to be replaced. I have everthing includin the box and accesorries it came with. 100$US and its yours. Its still on the tmobile stock ruu never been flashed hard reset and its brand new...let me know if your interested

Safe some money and you can get a new LCD screen if you want to keep the Wing.

thanks but already purchased a new one some time ago, unfortunatley the day after i bought the new one i found this site so i was unaware of any screen replacement...ive had the new one for about 6months now, just decided to sell the old one maybe make some extra cash...

Hello everyone,
My hd2 was running fine for the past (when did it come out?) and all of a sudden after putting it into sleep mode (clicking the red button) the screen became unresponsive after turning it on again.
Before, the screen would only be unresponsive only after putting the phone in sleep mode, but now the screen is not responding wherever I am in the phone.
I did task 29 5 times with different roms/radios and no such luck.
I've read in other posts that it's a hardware AND a software problem, and there certainly ISN'T any solutions to the problem.
My question is that has anyone had an partial victories over this problem?
I'm currently in the middle east working and I'll be returning to Texas in a month.
I have a backup phone, the n97... what a wreck, I really hate that phone. If I see another "memory is full" warning, I'll blow my head off.
I guess karma is a *****, last month I was complaining hard about the HD2 (made a huge post... actually) and now it struck out on me, on the worst time.
A tip to anyone who's having a similar problem, use "MyMobiler" to control your phone via your computer, it saved me from losing my new contacts
Also, for the people who replaced their phones, do I need to call ahead of time to get a replacement or would I be able to simply walk into a T-mobile store and get a replacement? (I currently have an ongoing account with them)

mine started getting the "s.o.d." and requires a battery pull...never happened before and i'm on stock..a hard reset or replacement is in my future!
The battery pull used to worked, but not anymore. I feel that the body glove case might actually have something to do with this, since whenever there is a force pushed on the phone, that force will end up all around the screen and under the buttons.
I'm planning on selling the phone, so I guess it's a good thing. I'll get a brand new one.

You're planning on selling a touch phone, on which the touch screen doesn't work? Will you tell that to the buyer?
You should be able to exchange it for a new one under warranty.

what makes you think its not under warranty? its not illegal to unlock and use on another network. if tmous refuse to fix it,(though by rights they should, if you hav e proof of purchase), its still got its manufacturers warranty, it is after all less than a year old. contact htc, the most that should cost is the cost of returning it to them.
So i just ordered a new screen for my Aria because my dumbass dropped it walking past security at my job, wehere i have to show them its my phone so they know im not stealing anything because my job handles a wide variety of products, cracked it, i dont wanna deal w/ att on it because A) i have my phone perfectly how i like it and B) i dont wanna redo anything i have done, my question is there a How to video so i can follow the video, and if there is not a video up yet, would anyone be interested in me taking pictures of the process for anyone else so i can just make my own how-to thread.

I havent actually ordered it yet, cause of financial delay, but you can also find them on Ebay from Hong Kong, i dont know where this one is coming from.
I broke mine today... luckily it was only the glass near the optical trackball.

I really want to get an Evo as a second phone however I do not want to give up my Epic, I want to have both so when one frustrates me I can switch to the other for a while.
I have a Palm Pre, and an Htc Hero
The Pre is in excellent condition, has a screen protector that covers the entire phone but no charger, the hero is somewhat scratched from being dropped, small paint chips and such, I can understand why you might not want them lol.
However if you are interested in one or both and maybe some cash, or if there's something else in general you would trade for let me know.
PS I live in GA and was hoping maybe I could find someone close to me

I'm not sure if the question is right. I'm very ticked, since I was ripped off. My girlfriend wanted a G2 since it came out and she found someone who was selling it for 150. She picked it up today and can't use it because the guy owes money on his bill. So since they won't switch it over, I was wondering if there's a way to make them think it's a different phone? Or anything I can do so she can use it.
