Hi,
I've got an iPAQ 614c (Windows Mobile 6.5 - though the default HP firmware doesn't work either!) and a Garmin Mobile 20 cradle. It provides GPS/handsfree audio capabilities (in theory!).
It works with WM 5 and other phones but when I start a call with this paired as a headset, no audio comes out of the phone or the headset.
I know that this is a common issue but after days of searching I'm no closer to finding a working solution. Does anybody have any suggestions?

can someone tell me what bt stack we have on our mini?. I recently bought a BT foldable keyboard but somehow i can pair them but i cannot seems to get it to show what i am typing.
suggestions for widcomm?
The mini runs the standard BT stack from Microsoft that comes as part of the Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition Phone Edition (this has got to be the longest product name in recent times ...)
Ok ...
I've got a iPaq HX4700 with WM5 on it. I want to use my MDA Pro (T mobile latest ROM, old as it is) as a bluetooth modem so my TomTom can get its traffic updates. Yes - I know I could just put the tomtom on the phone, but I have a cradle/speaker setup for for the HX4700 not to mention it has 6GB of storage on it though compact flash and SD ... so ..
I'm having real issues getting it to work - I dont suppose anyone else has done something like this ?
Hi Developers.
I am trying to use my 614c connected to Nokia CK1-W carkit via bluetooth. The problem with this is that during any conversation the person on the other side hears horrible echo of everything he says.
Does anybody knows the solution for this problem ?
Thanks
Krame
try
start/settings/sys/audio/mic
uncheck the "enable AGC"
save by tapping ok to exit & sr
Checked this weeks ago.
This makes thing even worse.
I am thinking rather about some registry tweaking with mic sensitivity or swithing off when connected to car kit.

what is your rom VER ?
It is now WM 6.1 (CE OS 5.2.19965.1.2.3) that is ROM downloaded from our Russian friends. But I had the problem before updating too.
BTW: is there anywhere a more comprehensive bluetooth stack than this available in WM ? It is completely unconfigureable !
Hello, I just bought my new HTC Touch Pro. I noticed that when I use my bluetooth handsfree it connects with no problems, but after the first telephone call (few seconds after terminating the call) the hands free bluetooth connection drops and the handsfree is left "in the air". I have to shutdown my handsfree bluetooth and restart it to automatically connect to the HTC TP. Next call comes, hang up, bluetooth connection dead again...
Previous phone (ETEN Glofiish X650 never had a problem with my Sony Ericsson BT hands free). Has anyone found any solution?

I have same problem on Polaris after upgrading to Official WWE 6.1
What radio are you using?
Same Problem with Excalibur
Hi juys.
Sorry about wake this thread but i have the same problem with my HTC s620 "Excalibur" when connecting to Nokia car hands free speaker.
Wonder if there is any Solution for this issue
Windows Mobile 6.5 3VOL ROM
Radio 4.1.13.34
I'm sorry to report that this issue is also exhibited with the following headunit and phones:
Head unit: Kenwood DNX8220BT
Phones:
HTC Tytn2 with WM 6.1
HTC Tytn2 with WM 6.5
HTC Touch Diamond with WM 6.1
Sony Ericsson Experia X1 with WM 6.1
A simple dumbphone like the Nokia 6233 will work perfectly but all above WM smartphones are having trouble.
Also HTC S-740
It seems that this issue started since WM 6.1 Does anyone know what changed in the Bluetooth stack?
Microsoft Blames the headunits. Funny thing is that the Kenwood unit is listed on the Bluetooth SIG website which in turn is used by Microsoft as a reference.
On the MS website there are a lot of references to the jetware software but I have tested it without any positive results.
I've seen a post where someone reports that the installation of MS Voice command solved the issue. I will try that on the Tytn2 with WM 6.5
Within a few days I should be receiving the HD2 as well. I'm keeping fingers crossed..
Hello all,
as I read there is a general problem about not being able to use a bluetooth headset on an Atom (I have HP RW6815), upgraded to Windows Mobile 6.5 (I believe it is not ROM-specific, but applies to all WM6.5 ROMs).
Is there any solution or at least workaround to make the headset work on a WM6.5 Atom?
Thank you for any hint and Best regards,

*bump*
I would like to ask again the same question, if anyone would care to reply...
Is there a WM6.5 ROM for RW6815 that enables Bluetooth Headset use?
I have tried three different WM6.5 ROMs (Nhocbanme, And-3 and Frantic) on my HP iPaq RW6815 but none of them enabled me to use Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth handsfree.
Thank you for your help and Regards,
D.
