my headset jack in the device is broken. And now i can´t hear when i want to take a call.
Can i turn off the headset modus or can i do any ather things?

Hi all,
During calls, on handsfree (speaker), my Tytn works oke. The moment I swich off the speaker (ordinairy mode), nada. No sounds at all . My Tytn has no warranty anymore. So what can I do to fix this myself. Take it apart or is this an issue were some of you are familiair with and there's another fix for it.

Hi everybody, first please excuse me for my poor english, I come from south of France..
I explain you my problem:
Since somethin about 1 or 2 month, the both speakers of my PDA (external and the speaker to listen to the conversation while calling) doesn't work anymore..
And the microphone doesn't work too.
It does like if I had headphones plugged but it's not the case.
The phone never falled and change the rom or the radio rom didn't fix the problem.
I think it's a bug in the hardware but I don't know, so if you please could help me!

does it work with a headset?
many people report this hardware malfucntion
many solve it by plugging in and pulling out a audo connector
sooner or later the headset detector seem to fall back into place
Yeah it's work with headset and with bluetooth headset..
I remember that I tried this before but I will try again!
Edit: but doesn't exist a file like "headset plugged on" or whatever in the registery?
I have to say that i'm glaaad!!
In fact i opened my ppc, and after 5 tries, I have reajusted the jack in its place... ...and it's work now!!! All works like before my problem..
So for the person who have the same problem it's simple to fix it (with precautions)!

when I call to someone, I can hear sound come out normally through the phone's speaker but when I use loudspeaker during call, I can't hear anything (sometime I can hear for about 2 or 3 seconds only then become littler and litler until no sound). This also happen when I plug-in the earphone set.
I guested, it may be the GSM radio part's Problem.

my phone stop transmite sound on speeker where we put ear only rear speeker work...
I desasembly the phone and test this speeker and it is OK, also change it but continue not work...
someone have an opinian to solve this problem?

Do you have some program for audio? I have the same problem when I install "pocket player" for sime reason, i don;t know why... Sorry for my bad english! Do you try a hard reset?
