News: Is htc iolite... = htc touch find????? If so i upgraded the rom of a iolite !!!

Hello everybody...
I live in Italy and a little ago one of the greatest Italian telephone company called "TIM" was selling the HTC TOUCH FIND branded TIM that was almost equal (in terms of hardware) to the HTC TOUCH CRUISE (POLARIS or P3650).
A simple question:
Is this "IOLITE" the same phone of the TOUCH FIND?
I mean it looks identical from the pictures...and if so... the good news for you having the Iolite is that
...I used SPL OLIPRO v2.0 to unlock it and the 3LIT3 Rom to upgrade it and they worked very well without any problem!!

Nope, it's just a Polaris with rounded edges. Qualcomm MSM7200 with 400MHz CPU vs Iolite's 528MHz MSM7225, RAM/ROM 128/256MB vs Iolite's 256/512. Buttons on sides, front camera - definetely a Polaris.
Sweat styling though, we've inherited it's concept I guess.

[Q]ELF Clone?

Hello everybody,
i have become a HTY Hantel Q5 Mobile from a friend.
On the Mobile is WinMobile 6.1. Is there a way to become a German WinMobile on The Phone. On The Back is a Cover with elf0100.
Is that Mobile a ELF Clone?

no, made in China.
Also the mobile have a another disign as a elf. Only in the Batterycover stand elf0100

This is not an ELF it even does not look the same and has very different specs as the flash , FM radio etc. So you cannot upgrade it by roms in this forum or you will brick

BTW : Not all htc original devices are made in Taiwan , mine is made in china and was bought from the main htc dealer and its serial is accepted online at htc site to download rom upgrades.

Got an HTC HD 2 testdevice and published an hardware review

i got my hands on a HTC HD 2 testdevice and made a Hardware review on my blog.

Finally i finished my HTC Sense review for HTC HD2 too. I tried to present every HTC Sense app and made many screenshots in order to provide a detailed impression of this UI:

While i think that HTC Sense on the HTC HD2 is really a great WM Skin and enhanced windows mobile in many ways, the Android version is just more flexible at the end of the day. But it's not only about HTC Sense, because the HTC HD2's main selling point is the combination of great hardware combined with a neat UI, and therefore it is still worth a look.

[Q] Any Tutorials for HTC MEGA TOUCH 2 for beginners?

Is there any full tutorials/links/guides on how to mod/root HTC Mega Touch 2?
I just bought this phone due to working area do not allow camera phones...

I am new here and tried to search a lot to find an answer for my question, but I ended up with old threads that i am not sure if they are still valid.
well, I just bought my new HTC Imagio (aka HTC Touch Diamond2 CDMA, HTC Whitestone, HTC XV6975)

Can I put ANDROID on my device? is there any tested version of Android on same device?
I am still new to words like Cook, dump, psl, ... that I read everywhere in this forum, but i am a fast learner.
Any clue is appreciated
