Notification Light Leakage? - Touch Diamond2, Pure General

Hi,
When charging, the amber light comes on and just above that where the top of the screen meets the metal frame there appears to be a leakage of light giving the impression the phone is not sealed properly or i cant work out if its a reflection of the amber lite hitting the metal frame, i pulled out the plug and had a close look under sunlight and i could not see any miniscule gap but it is a bit weird, just wondered if anyone else identifies, if not then there must be a tiny gap and the top of the phone cant be sealed properly, i have only had it 2 days and its BNIB.
Feedback appreciated
Thanks

Blinking LCD back light

One of the lights on my LCD panel are blinking on and off. It looks like the light thats at the bottom right that keeps going on and off. This has only happened since I got a bit of moisture behind the screen. The moisture is now gone but the light is now blinking.
Anyone got any suggestions?
1. Disassemble the device (there were instructions somewhere
2. Dry it down.
3. Solder the contacts with a small solder tool (low voltage, to prevent static electricity damage).
4. Assemble the device back.

1. Just appeal to a service center 8)

Few questions about X2

As a fresh owner I have a few questions:
1 - The lower right corner of the front panel wobbles (?), moves slightly on touch, I can press it for about 1mm (see the attached screen). It is especially annoying when pressing OK or dial off (or whatever the button is called). Is it normal?
2 - The screen has a slight green tone (hue), can anything be done with it?
3 - LCD has noticeable light leaking near the bottom side, again, is it normal? (Well, the screen does not work now anyway, gotta flash the phone.)
Thanks

(1) I have no issues with this, seams fine on mine
(2) I cannot notice any hue, maybe you have a faulty unit given the blue colour and the movement of the panel.
(3) Yes LCD light is noticible, I also get leaks through the optical pad when I have the notification LED's on
1. I got some small loose on the front pannel upper area, it's especially felt when You hold the phone in one hand and work with Your thumb pressing the screen or just put the phone to You ear. You feel then the pannel moves a bit down. Maybe thats normal or just the build quality is not so good at all.
sounds like you have a faulty one. mine is solid as a rock. the loose screen and the green hue could be related. there shouldnt be any discolouration at all and i can only see it getting worse to be honest. where did you get it? if its somewhere reputable then id take it back and ask for a decent one while its still in warranty.
i do have tiny bit of light leakage near the buttons, that does seem common.
Mine is well made too, no hardware problems.
I have a silver one, solid as a rock, light leaks are present though...

[Q] Bad screen or damaged flex cable?

I just replaced the lcd / digitizer and now only see colored lines. The screen has a vertical line down the middle, usually the left side is brighter and has blue and yellow horizontal lines usually going about halfway down, the right side has pink and yellow lines. After a few seconds the colors dim and the screen ends up grey/white on the left and dark on the right with a darker border around the whole thing. When booting up there is usually a larger patch of solid color that shifts a bit before fading. I can't open it back up until tomorrow or the weekend. Does it sound more like I damaged the flex connector or received a bad screen? By doing some blind touching I can tell via audio that the touch screen is working. Any advice would be appreciated.

just open the device again and check whether you have connected the display(the clamps) properly to the board... i had fixed a clamp loosely and i had the same issue (weird layers of color on screen). i opened the device again, fixed every flex cable perfectly to the board(found one fixed loose) and it worked....
I'm going to assume it was the little LCD flex cable. After removing it and plugging it back in, both the old and new screens are both completely blank.
The new cable fixed the screen issue.

Blue/Red Blemish On Screen

Hey, so I was just wondering, does anyone else have a small blue/red light visible on their screen over dark backgrounds? I'm not sure when it could've happened, but apparently too much pressure was applied and now my screen is slightly damaged. Depending on the angle I look at it, the light is either red or blue.
Is there any fix to this? Will replacing the screen work, or will I need to start saving up for a replacement device? I'm not entirely averse to doing that; the magnetic lock/wake sensor is on the wrong side of the phone, the bottom speaker grille is loose, and now this issue is present (I probably caused this one, but still). I just thought this phone would last a couple more years tbh.

(photos) is this water damage on screen? help guys :(

the story is, when i slide my brightness in between 30-60% i get this green line, and the display stop refreshing, BUT it still register my touch input.
AND, also, when this happen, the PITCH BLACK AMOLED KICKS IN.
AND, the screen gets whiter and whiter, with dead pixel dots everywhere.
if at 0% brightness, at BLACK wallpaper, there is no PITCH BLACK, all black is LIGHTED UP, like using an LCD display.
help
(UPDATE) ive tear open my s8, cleaned them with some isopropyl alchohol. and slap them back together.
one thing i noticed, is that whenever i install the wireless charging coil and tighten them with screw, i get the bloody white lines, and screen froze up.
then i disconnect the coil, everything is fine.
EXCEPT that the colour are still WASHED OUT, like an LCD panel, no PITCH BLACK at any brightness. any help?

(UPDATE) after cleaning with contact cleaner, put under hot sun for hours. still same.
BUT!!! whenever i leave my phone SCREEN FACING DOWN for like 10mins, i unlocked it and BOOM FULLY NORMAL PITCH BLACK AMOLED.
THEN, i turn off the screen, and turning it back on, BAM ****ty LCD blackish turd.
I think you are better off buying a new display, that is dead for sure
