Hi everybody,i'm juste wondering if i it's possible to run 2 OS on the Blackstone as a dual boot.
Actually i'm running a 6.1 french rom,and i want to install the Sunrise 1.4 which is a 6.5 ROm too,by having the possibilty to choose one of the 2 on boot!

That's actually not entirely true. I have seen a number of launchers that launch a Linux OS on the device (and Android) from within Windows Mobile. A soft reset is needed to get back to WM but still.
Now where Konidair is probably correct is that I haven't seen any such launcher for WM ROMs - only non-WM apps.
If you think, dual boot like pc, NO! Or write your bootloader You can run linux distros via haret app

i downloaded Windows Mobile 6.1.4 Professional Images (USA) and vs_emulator_x64_vista because i want to test my new cooked rom, and i dont want to flash my diamond every 30mins...i am still at begining of cooking and i dont want to kill my phone
so installed this run WM 6.1.4 Professional VGA and emulator booted up, but on device in emulator it is a stck ms rom, and i want to change it,but option is locked(i cannot change OS image)
so i tried runing Cellular Emulator but i got error There are not seven pairs of XPVCOM in system
any idea how to run it and test roms?
i am using win7 x64...

I can't see your point.
You try to flash a diamond rom to the emulator... The problem is that the emulator is a different "device". It's no use trying to use a diamond image (which contains diamond device drivers and so on) on the emulator (which requires "emulator device drivers").
What you can test on the emulator is software setup, registry settings and so on...
so not possible?
maybe i can somehow add diamond devixce to emulator?

Hi I installed on my touch hd (in my meroy card not in the phone) the new software Android 2.2 and it was ok, but when I restart my phone it was start with windows mobile 6.5 why??????
How can I install android 2.2 in my touch hd and I can restar everytime I want without lose all the things about android???
The problem for me is caused because I have installed android in the memory card while the software must be install in the phone is it correct that I think???

android doesn't install in phone memory , it gets emulated from memory card via haret./
use GenY-DualBOOT-v1.0.6.0-CAB u can find it on xda-developers. This app will let u decide what os u wanna boot , but still windows loads at background.

I was hoping to see the same thing. While I am a satisfied Android user, I do have an app that is WM6 only and it would be nice to boot into WM6 off my SD card to run that app. Any possibilities?
From SD? Not possible or very hard work. Maybe you can use emulator, if it is, but may work slow. If your phone works official on android, you need to compile wm kernel, find all drivers for your phone, make windows mobile rom image(it is different for all phones), bla bla bla... Very very hard or not possible. I think. If you search for "porting WM to Android", you can't find ANY instructions how to do it.

im using XDAndroid on my HTC Touch HD.
Its booting from SD Card so i have to start with Winmo 6.1 and run haret.exe.
The xdandroid System should start automatically without starting WinMo first.
How can i obtain this result?

Android only works via SD card and is to buggy for daily use
and Rom and support have been stopped
A great device like HTC HD....
but is dead no support and windows mobile is dead
All HT HD users are waitting and Waitting for Android fully working
but without support is to difficult
MAY BE The only Way is with money for development
IF we Create a donation section would be easy
if all HD users donate 1€ may be a good start to working again with HD android progect

a better way is you can use dual boot. this will show when u ON ur mobile. So u can select android from there instead booting WM. I just installed and its booting both.:good:
