The easiest and the best way is to flash a WWE rom... You can find a lot of them in the upgrading section... If your phone is still CID locked, read carefully the instructions...
There are many language packs in this forum as well.
i am unable to find these language packs =\

the only thing u can change is the XT9 dictionary and the regional setting.

Do you mean flash the all OS or just the language file?
and with what kind of programs I can flash the mobile?
Before this smartphone, I had a sony K750i and with that wasn't difficult unlocking the phone and flashing filesystem and main, but with this Niki and windows OS I'm a little be lost.
Is there any tutorial or thread which explain the basic of NIKI?

i think u have to flash all OS....u can wait for a new niki release 6.1. by niki project (just looking for 3d) or flashing with the actual release:

that said, what Lukasnix posted is correct, usually the only way to change language is to reflash the ROM.
