hello.. i got a really big problem... i recently acquired my htc wizard from my cousin.. at first, it is easy to use... i hard reset it to clear the data that are saved and saved new ones... after few hours, i soft reset the wizard because i changed my settings... but when its opened, its stuck in the windows 6 logo... i tried resetting it several times but it didnt work.. could someone help me with this problem? im new with this kind of thing and i dont know how to fix this.. could someone tell me step by step plz??? anything that u will mention will be new to me... please teach me... thankz a lot! plz send me a message or email me at [email protected]

Need some help really bad. Tried to upgrade my magician (s100) to ROM 1.11.133WWE from qtek.se.
Did exactly as it said I had to but as soon as I started the upgrading my magician went all dead and black and the install shield wizard went down. The only thing left on the computer screen is a box that says: "checking the information on your device... please wait...
Please dont disconnect your device from your PC until the update is completed".
So what do I do?!?!
Am desperate to get my device working again!

As far as I know.. u have my to disconnect ur PPC from the USB cable, then restart PC, u should continue to upgrade after u PC restarts..
u may also try to change the port of the USB cable as well...
this may work on Win XP, I don't know anything about other OS..
I'm not sure about this since I did not face this problem b4..but this solution was reported in another forum ( and maybe here )
I hope this will help...and maybe someone else could give u more INFO...

Did a couple of reboots and that made the trick...
Now, my only problem is that I cant seem to restore my backup-files
Does anyone know where I can download the free program o2plus that I had earlier? Can´t find it anywhere. Loved that thing...

I believe it is better if u do a new fresh installation of everything instead of making a restoration
many users reported problems when restoring after an upgrade...

my sp3i is stuck on the WM splashscreen and afther that it just turn off, i'v installed WM5 and then back to the original WM2003SE from imate but after a while it just begun to do that, plz help me.
does any one know how to make a reflashing throw SD? can anyone make a guide? plz helpme to revive my dear phone.

Your phone can be reflashed with Mtty even when it freeze on the boot screen cause its not necesary have the phone ON.
Tried to do a hard reset maybe is a windows registry problem.. after the hard reset the values on registry will be reset to default.
already done that, and doesnt work, even it reflashes through USB but afther reaching 100% the phone restarts and get stuck again in the same place, no matter if I hard Reset or reflash by USB the phone still get freeze.
can any one tell me how to delete all the data on the memory to make a clean reflash? or how do I reupload the firmware? is there a way to recover the phone?
remember I already install the WM5 and back to WM2003SE but after that the problem started, maybe i screw someting wile doing it?

Did you get this figured out? If your phone won't boot you may need to do a hard reset.

My HTC Diamond (p3700), dont login in WINDOWS. Its allways make Reboot after reboot after reboot...
i have trie Hard reset, but the phone stay in the same.
So i think in Flash the rom, but i cant Sync the phote witch PC, because the phone reboot...
