I HATEEEE the Voice Clips feature on the MSN that is integrated into my HTC Touch Pro2! I don't know why it's a main button, but I want it removed! Is there anyway to modify this version of MSN?
I've tried every 3rd party IM service already, and none of them work as well as my MSN.
Any suggestions?

is there a software that enables Magician to use pushtotalk service and apeak with other ptt enabled phones? (no agile messenger thing)
PTT is a network level enabled service. Device would have to support it at the GSM protocol level.
correct. does magician support it?
If it did, it would be a well hidden secret as I have not seen it mentioned anywhere. In other words, I would venture to guess that it does not.
I would suppose that an upgrade to the ROM could be done to support PTT but we're having a hard time just getting good bug fixes at the moment.
some people say that you would get pushtotalk in new version of magician...
you can SIMULATE Push to talk
use a software called AGILE MESSENGER.
you can connect to your msn messenger account, and then you can assign a PUSH button, when you press on it, it records an audio file of your messenge, and send it to the messenger at the other party side.
all you need are two JAMS, and Agile installed on both of them, and you have PUSH TO TALK...
Works Great on jam.
Assasins (misspelled by the way),

Not really helpful suggesting something he doesn't want.
For usage on MSN and things such as this...

can i install a dialer skin for IM+ skype from shapeservices.com????
i want to make calls w/ that program and i would like to be able to dial out.
two other things. How can i make a link in contacts, so i can choose to dial out via the skype in shapeservices, or normal phone.
the last is i want a shortuct on my desktop to that special dialer for shape services...
i was thinkin bout this because then i could use area for contacts Have link to dial out via the skype program in shape services (because it dials via incoming calls not over VOIP) and on one of my softkeys i could like it to the dialer for the shapeservices skype program. That way i can click the green button on my phone to dial normal phone, the left softkey to dial shapeservices Skype, and my right softkey either the PCM contacts (if that is easier modded) or the original contacts (doesnt matter to me.)... anything>?
is there at least anotther program that works in the way IM+ Skype works. how you dial a skype # and it goes over the phonelines as an incoming call, that way you get full call quality as well as, since i have unlimitd incoming minutes, then i get unlimited talkin!
any other program that does this, where i can do what i want mentioned in the posts above?
bumpz it up to the top
anybody w/ any concpet lin k this
I don't know why but reading your post makes my head hurt...
I still don't know what you're asking for... so all I can suggest is, have you tried Fring?
im talkin about basically could i get a dialer skin for skype IM+
anybody?? i mean i could then put a bookmark in params to go directly to the dialer skin>????
I have downloaded Skype for my Diamond, but it only allows you to do voice calls to your contacts, not video calls. Is there any software for WM6.1 that will allow video calls for free over wi-fi and/or HSPDA?
I searched the forum but only results seem to be for Web Camera Plus, which allows you to use your Diamond as a webcam for PC based Skype or MSN etc, but not used directly as a webcam on the phone itself.
Somebody help please, going away on a course and want to keep in touch with the family
Try this:
http://www.octro.com/
or
http://www.nimbuzz.com/
Both are free and you could use your existing Skype usename.
Let us know how it goes.
I've tried using both of these programs and cannot get either of them to work with Skype, any ideas?
Found one since, can't use Skype but registration is juts two minutes and free, it is called VZOchat, it works really well. Thanks for your help though.
does anyone know of a good video calling app for the touch hd?
Apart from the supplied HTC dialer, I am not aware of any third party software that has video call functionality.
not sure exactly what you are looking for - but I use VZOCHAT - it is an MSN messenger (instant messaging) type client but it's the only one I can find that lets you make video calls over data connections.
The mobile code is still a little immature and has a few problems but it's improving
