Outlook Mobile : Send first, then Receive - JASJAR, XDA Exec, MDA Pro General

Hello,
I am now back with WM5 as I need Video Call...
Okay, lets to the point.
I've been configuring Gmail account on my windows mobile outlook. But I am not yet downloading the messages because it is very large (even I receive headers only but It will take long time)
Now the problem, when I need to send mail from Outlook Mobile quickly, the Send Receive command on Outlook always receiving first. So I must waaaiiittttttt loooooooooooong time before the message sent.
Question : How to make the Outlook Mobile behavior is sending first, and then receive ?
Thanks

pocket outlook not able to retrieve pop messeges

hi,
i bought new magacian, and was really impressed by it.
as i had xda whom i could pop yahoo, and other accounts easily.
but now on magacian i m able to send and receive only text messages
but not able to retrieve any pop accounts like yahoo or gmail
with the same settings....
what shall i do....
plz help.
My Magician picks up pop mail without any problems. Maybe try checking you can really connect to the intertnet by going to google first.
my gprs is working alright and i can browse any site and check my mails from IE.
but not from this...
also my pop settings are correct as i had with my old xda on which it was working fine...
god knows whats the problem.
I had this problem - try receiving your mail whilst connected to your PC (with internet connection) first and then disconnect and try via GPRS - make sure that you do not have any unsent mail in your outbox first (probably wont send via your default ISP on your desktop and hang the connection) - Good luck...
OB.

Receiving emails but not able to send

Hi, I have managed to get my SPV3100 to sycn with my exchange server. I am able to receive my emails in my inbox (and other folders). I am unable to send any emails. The ones to corporate email Id(s) are getting rejected as spam. Tried to send one to myself at gmail and that didn't arrive either. I can see my email in the sent folder when I use Outlook web access but always get failure (from messagelabs). When I send to the same address from web outlook, it works. Even reply doesn't work from the PDA. Can anyone help please...Thanks

Probably obvious, but I can't send email

Hi all,
There is probably something stupid I'm doing but I can't send email from my TyTN.
I have a sky email account with my broadband. The outlook settings are pop.sky.com, smtp.sky.com, server requires authentication has to be ticked.
I can receive email on the pda but when i try to send it says: messages cannot be downloaded to your mobile device.
Yet I get new messages downloaded ok.
Please, any ideas?

Pls Help: Need Mobile Mail Client to Auto-BCC outgoing emails

Hello !
I am using Windows Mobile 5 on my Pocket PC, with GPRS E-Mail POP3 receiving/sending via outlook mobile.
Every email I send is stored in the “Sent” folder of the mobile device outlook mobile.
However, the problem is, that I then DO NOT have this sent message on my laptop, which I really need when continuing the work from my laptop.
My idea:
I would like ALL messages I send out (or answer) from my WM5 Outlook device, to be automatically BCCd to my Laptop e-mail account.
In my laptop I can make a filter rule, moving this incoming message(s) from my Mobile E-Mail account automatically into the Laptop E-Mail “sent” folder.
However, I cannot make a rule for outlook mobile to automatically send all outgoing mails to a BCC Address as well.
Does anybody have an idea how to achieve this ?
Or maybe: Is there an WM5 mail client which can achieve that ?
Thank you

Email Problems

Hello all, ive just bought an omnia 2 to replace my stolen HTC diamond and i am so glad i did, this phone is great.
I am having problems with getting my emails.
This phone ( windows mobile 6.5 , the htc was 6.0 ) does not allow me to have the default "outlook" account connect to my company mail server (not exchange).
1st of all, id like to know if there is any way around this, to make the default "outlook" account receive the mails from a pop3 account (which is our company's email service)
If this is not possible, we move on to my 2nd problem.
I have created another email account, lets say i named it : "Psit" I have accidentally put the wrong logins for this account, so i cannot receive. I got a could not log in to this account message from my phone once, but it stopped showing me this error. It just does not receive emails. When i try to go to OPTIONS to edit the logins i get the following error: Cannot change account options. An account is sending or receiving messages. I said: okaaaaaay, tried to delete the account, same error message. I tried to remove the emails from active sync, didnt change anything because that account has nothing to do with my PC anyway.
I tried to reboot the device, connect it through wifi, nothing !
Any help would be really appreciated because i love this device and i want to make it work.
p.s. The best senario would be to be able to somehow "fool" the default "outlook" account on the phone in order to receive my emails directly AND sync the same folder with my PC !
Hi, I've been fooling around with my email the whole day today, so let me try to answer you.
If you want to receive pop3 email, try creating a new email (not active sync). I'm of course talking about the pull mails. You can choose pop3 or imap4, which yours is pop3. type in the outgoing and incoming servers (you can find out from your IT department) and you're good to go.
As for your second problem, I don't quite understand. Is Psit a activesync account?
