Is there a program that only puts the mobile in the locked state? WM6.1
Can you give a little bit more detail?
Maybe S2U2 is right for you. Try searching for it.

I notice that if the V1605 auto-config runs it removes the device lock app from the today screen.
Can someone please tell me what dll is called when the device lock is enabled on the today screen please?
This will come from HKLM|Software|Microsoft|Today|Items|"Device Lock"
If you would list the settings from this key that would be very helpful.
Thanks
Howard

Hello all,
I was wondering if someone could write a tiny app for me if its not too much trouble. I want the app to autorun another app if the device has been idle for 5 seconds. If theres already such a script or app can you please point me in that direction as I could'nt find anything.
Thank you in advance,
Akshay
You can do this by yourself very easily using SKSchema.
Once you get SKSchema, be prepared. You can create your own scripts to do anything from answering a phone to turning off your phone if the wife calls!
Is that like MortScript? Just going thorugh MortScript at the moment. Thanks for the info though.
Regards,
Akshay

Haha.. what a lovely relationship the two of you must have!
A little help if possible, since I'm new to mort scripts, can somebody what command must I use to figure out if the screen has been tapped or not?
Thanks,
Akshay

That's not possible. At least not with any documented Windows API... (OK, mouse hooks are documented, but they don't work...)
Thank you for your reply Mort. Is there no way we can find out if the phone is idle or not?
Change name and function of TouchFlo3D Softkeys and Windows Mobile Softkeys.
Feel free to include it in roms.

Please test if Reset to defaults works correctly and let me know.
Special Thanks to aydc.
P.S. If you are seeking a lightweight Launch Application try the Launch Manager beta

You all got the video-call soft key in the phone app too after flashing?
Damn irritating
I also used this software, works simple and is very effective!
I was wondering how it was taking so long for someone to create this simple app, I finally had to overcome my laziness and edit the registry manually
Thanks

Hi, SoftKey Manager doesn't change the video-call soft key yet.
If someone finds out how to change it let me know.
just some times you should to clean the default value of [HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\HomeLSKArguments] & [HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\HomeRSKArguments] to make it working well with diamond (in TouchFlo 3D mode, for some app special).
THX for you work!
Carlos, can you please make a Wi-Fi ON/OFF toggle option for your app so I can bind it to the right softkey ? or if it could be done by a *.lnk then I can do it myself... but I dont know how )
this does not work 100% with Manilla (sometimes it does, sometimes not)... can you look into this?

I don't have access to an HTC Diamond at the moment, so I can't do very much.
I'm looking for an application which shows wifi signal strength (dB values) compatible with samsung i780... I think the best is "wififofum" but it doesn't work with i780 and it isn't free...
Someone has an idea? Thanks...

I think HomeScreen++ has that option, and I'm pretty sure that it works on your device.

Becase in later versions of the Windows Mobile it's up to the OEM manufacturers to implement a shutdown method. HTC have one but psWhutXP doesn't use it.
I've written an app that uses one of the ways to shut it off in xdaShutdown (see my sig). It's incomplete but I am still working on it
