can someone please direct me in the right direction for a twitter app for my fuze. thank you soo much. im a bit stressed and tired of searching. thanks again.

Pocketwit: http://code.google.com/p/pocketwit/
Please use the Q&A section for a question like this, not the hacking and developing section. PockeTwit (Free) is one, and Twikini ($5) is another good one.
PockeTwit is good, but the best one I've used yet is Kinoma Play. Fring also has decent twitter functionality, acting like a chat contact.

I'm looking for a WM video player with the iPhone and iPod Touch feel. AC did a fantastic job with S2P for audio, and I'd like a similar experience for video. I have TCPMP, and I've even tried the iPod skin for WMP, but that just doesn't match up in finger-friendliness.
Anyone know of any apps?
Mortplayer
Google Mortplayer and try the iphone skin...
Mortplayer won't work on .avi.
Mort Player plays only Audio Files!!!
try s2p by A_C
CorePlayer.Iphone Skin.
Geneal Software Questions
Please start posting these questions in the new thread at the top of this page. I'm really glad that the people are answering questions on this thread here, but thats why the thread at the top of this page was created!!!! Im no mod, so I cant do anything about it, but why encourage this stuff!!! It makes searchig for a app on here impossible. This is just my 2 cents, but just trying to help out.
Do people even read the first post?
Not Flaming
Im not criticizing for posting this thread at all. Just reccomending that instead of answering threads like this, that the people who come across it, direct them to the right place. I know that once it is posted , it is to late, but when people answer these threads, it proves to the creator that they dont have to try. Every qustion posted there so far has been answered extremely fast.
But like I said, Im not criticizing. Just reccomending. If people stopped answering these threads, and only told them where to post, eventually every single noob or anyone for that matter, would learn that it is pointless to even try to do it anymore.
Two nights ago I got bored with my htc wizard, had only wm5. I googled htc tweaks and found xda... my personal heaven now. two days later I have a phone I'm actually interested in.. with Wm6, SKYFIRE ( totally cool ) and a bunch of other apps I never knew existed. I didnt find a thread to say thanks to xda developers... but thanks... really.
btw, can anyone tell me what direction to step in if I want to learn about programming and writing software like the cool stuff I found on xda please?
Daniel
hey dan glad to see you like xda i was like you a couple of years ago started off with a wizard and now it's been through and through still working today xda is probably one of the main reasons why i've kept it so long and haven't gone back to a dummy phone
if your lookin for software developement you might wannat check out the hacking and development section of the forum there is a ton of genius in that forum you think what you found so far is great wait till you see some of the innovations put together and given you want to develop also i'm pretty sure you'll find it one of your favorite sections

skyfire works great here also...
Works great everywere
And with the Flashlite player works better with all the embbed videos!
I didn't want to post this in the ROM Development forum because it doesn't apply to a specific ROM, but this is a question about them.
I am looking for a Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM that has Bluetooth and the OLD version of Pocket Internet Explorer. I really only use IE to stream MLB games, and the new IE is INCREDIBLY slow for that task. I use Opera Mini for everything else, but MLB requires IE. And I listen to the games through Bluetooth stereo headphones, so I need that too.
FingerMe Titanium's Lite version almost has it. There's a version with the old PIE but no Bluetooth, and a version with Bluetooth but the new PIE. I've looked around at all the ROMs in the Development forum but I haven't found a stripped-down one that has the specific combination I'm looking for: WM6.5, Bluetooth and old PIE.
I know a lot of people that read this are going to say, "Use a kitchen and build one yourself". Believe me, I've tried. I played with SuperJustKitchen and got close, but I think I just lack the required cooking skills necessary to produce exactly what I want in a ROM. About eighty failed recipes have convinced me of this.
Anyway, if someone out there can point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks a lot.
I have to admit my first instinct was to jump your case for posting this. Technically it is a ROM development question, general though it is, and should be in that forum. No worries though, you did have some forethought on the matter instead of blindly posting wherever, so you get +1 for that.
However, you didn't look too hard lol, because illconcepts StripTease: Lots to Love edition is what you are looking for, and it has been around for a while now.

Wow, yeah, that is perfect. Thank you for the lead. I guess I stopped reading at the first version of that one when I didn't see what I was looking for. Oops. Looks like Black and Blue might work too.
I posted in the main forum because it looks like most of the posts in the development forum are for specific ROMs, and I didn't want to start a new thread that didn't involve one of those specifically. Turns out I didn't even need to post a question at all, just not be so lazy.
Thanks again.

Lol it's all good. illconcepts updates that thread periodically, so it may not have been there the first time you looked, although he hasn't edited the thread in a couple weeks. Glad I could help.

I am thinking of making a free website with freewebs(or to make a free domain and use HTML) just for our xperia x8. Everything you need to know. Where you could see all the custom ROMs made here, kernels, modules, fixes, and easy tutorials for noobs. I opened this thread to find people that are willing to help. If there is anyone experienced and willing to do something just contact me on this forum via pm. It would be nice if you can provide me with your email and if you have a messenger account(msn, xfire, skype). I wont have much time these days but maybe in two weeks I could start working on this project seriously. Please dont post any criticism here, or "bad mood" comments.
maybe toooooo late for x8......
no need for making any site we do have awesome stickies managed by lucastan
if really wanna do something make a blogspot it is free:good:
well, this is also free and I wanted to do something to make newbies life easire because I know how I was lost in these forums in the beginning. I would put links to the stickies.
It's not a really bad idea, if you want to, I can help you with this (especially styling, I love CSS ).
please pm me if you want to help ..
So you like CSS .. please contact me via skype or email aswell then
unfortunately i'm no good with websites. But good luck. And i hope it turns out to be a good website.

I'm pretty good at HTML.
But Webs is pretty crappy for a professional site...free domain, cheap templates.
