I feel stupid asking this as it must be under my nose but i've searched and searched and can't find where I change the default reminder time from 15mins to 1min in WM6.5.

The trouble was on Dutty's 6.5 ROM, Calendar-Menu doesn't have tools on it. I had to close Manilla then use the calendar to get it.

Hi dear forum members.
I have been gone from the forum a while, and it seems that I have missed alot, have tried to read alot and it seems that there is a new manila from a new device or something, and its called manila 2 "landscape"
Where can I find that cab? and whats new in it?
And about WM 6.5 is it out yet? I read that itje (the man!) is currently using it or developing, did not understand really.

Whats new... hm... actually the landscape mode and some improvements like built-in calender, contact editor and some things like time editing have been integrated... I´m talking about tf3d2 in the touch-it 4.0 ROM. So i dont know exactly if all stuff i have is include in the .cab.

I don't know if anyone is still using the original WM Dialer but me now with all the phonecanvas and stuff out there, but anyway..
Here is a skin I made..
Feel free to use
(I only use the wm dialer for making calls, for answering I got S2U2 which is great!)
In landscape mode some buttons got little graphic issues, but don't use lanscape my self..
Download cab and transfer to your device, run and softreset.
This is my first cab but I have tested it and seems to work fine.
(Uninstallable. From Remove Program's list as any other program)

No, it's made for the original wm dialer in wm6.1.
I have not tested on 6.5 but WH33LSONFIRE did, so it seems to work on both..
No change to Dialer

sorry if im missing something simple here but having installed the cab restarted device the dialer remains the standard wm one.
My Device is the diamond using latest orange rom.

Try using search or google. They really do work. Searching xda-developers turns up some of the best icons ever.
Unless you are specifically looking for specific icons that come with winmo 6.5? In that case, I would reword your post so that is clear.

Reading his post might have helped you a bit. He's looking for 6.5 icons specificly, not just any old icons.

The TF3D text tab is annoying and pointless in my opinion.
Its one of the reasons why I turned TF3D off in WM6.5 - as it just goes straight into the windows mailbox.

i remember dutty released a cab for this a while back with one of his roms, cant for the life of me remember what version it was sorry, the one downside of it was that it added a zoom function to the sms tab witch made the txt really big by defult.

So I did this little tweak, and it's perfect, exactly what I wanted. One problem remains, however, and someone referred to it somewhere that I cannot now track down. The font size in the text input area in the Windows threaded SMS view is now very large, and it prevents me from inputting very much text. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I checked the thread_style.css file, and it says the font should be 8pt Tahoma, which it definitely ISN'T.

THANKS FOR THIS! you have made me really really happy. I still use the old WM6.1 TF3d since it's much much faster than any of the newer ROMs and Manila versions. And this just made SMS exactly the way I like it.
I would like to up this thread because doesn't work on manila 2.5 :s

There are very few versions of 6.1 available for the HD2...and most of them haven't been updated in ages. Just flash a custom ROM, then hit up settings to get the old Start menu back...hell, even the stock ROM has the option I think.

I can`t find anything that is build on WM6.1. Where You saw them?
WM 6.5.3 is much better than any previous versions thanks to the multitide of finger friendly tweaks made

No bro, I know the difference between 6.1 and Titanium.....been doing this a long time. There are a handful of 6.1 builds for the Leo...somewhere buried within the ROM development section at the main Leo section.

maybe i don't hang out here enough, but I still can't see what this trivial argument is about...
doesn't WM6.1 = turning off titanium and reinstalling your old today plugins? e.g. before running GPS or Android, I turn off sense and just re-enable BatteryStatus and TodayAgenda from my WM6 on the today screen, and the HD2 magically turns into my old wm5.
If the OP was referring to the other device-specific tweaks like the new notifications or volume controls, they can all be changed in the registry or with programs like SchapsAdvancedConfig3.3 etc. One can even bring back the old start menu with new programs like this recent front page post 3D WinStart. But then again, all these tweaks might be too much for a newbe to handle, so i guess, yer right, just flashing a retro rom might be simpler, as long as one can still find it?

I do not want any tweaks or crap like that. I want just good old WM6.1.
atlaswing is mostly correct though...WM6.1 really is just 6.5-Titanium. You can just go into settings and enable the classic WinMo Today screen to achieve the same effect.
