Signed Keyboard Skins for WM 5.0 & 6.0

Hello everybody
I was looking for the same old KB skins made by Buzz for my new Kaiser... but the problem is these themes won't work unless they are certified
then I cam across cert_KB skin made my Marshall07

so with his great help...I managed to certify 15 KB skin...of Buzz's

I tried them on my HTC TyTN II (WM 6.0) and my sister's i-mate PDAL (WM 5.0)
and they works like charm
INSTALLATION:
1. choose your KB skin then copy it to your WM phone
2. install the CAB to your device memory
3. soft rest, and... vol la ..your done

but mind asking..are these skins signed? or are they ment for nocet ROM only?!

They were signed using multifilesigner1.0 with SDKSamplePrivDeveloper certificate.
They wouldn't work for me until I signed them.
I don't think BUZZ created these skins, I may be wrong, but the post I found them on has an older date than BUZZ's. here's the link:

According to this they were created by BIBI, JUNI, and CHEFZ.
At any rate, thanks to whomever created them.

already downloaded and tried them, but my keyboard is not skinned after a soft reset... any ideas?

Extract CAB from ROM and install to other device

Hey,
I'm trying to extract the program Today Panel Lite (freeware) from a WM5 Ipaq 6828 ROM, and install it on a Ipaq 612c
Can that be done?
I've emailed Rhino (the makers of the app) and have no reply and this App was free when it was avaiable (only the pro version is avaiable now and you have to pay for it)

Please note this is a kitchen for the diamond, so i'm not sure if it will work for you.
it is possible though, to extract the stuff and repackage it, it is mentioned in the first post. (also the required software)

Cheers Mr_Gee, seems like that kictchen does not like the HP rom files. The HP rom is a NBF format, while that kictchen is looking for a NBH file.
thx bosshogg2003 but Rhino no longer provides the lite version only the pro which you have to pay for.
I;ve reposted this onteh Atom forum (Atom and 6828 are pretty much the same) so hopefully there is a Kitchen that can be used on HP roms.

Extended Rom ?

Hey !
Anyone knows how to access it on the X1?
Typing /extended_rom using Total Commander does not work.
I want to restore my original Operaversion with the original cab....
I do have a X1 rom-image. But how to convert/access it ?
UPDATE:
I found a ROM-View/Edit program here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=377514
Renaming the x1___.image to x1_____.nbh was the solution.
Then I could open it with the Rom-Viewer and extract the german cabs.

the cab for opera is already on your x1
its in the windows folder
wm6.1_PPC_DAWN_opera_2141.CAB
As are all the other original install files

if you are on mr2 then the panel would be installed but in not present in your rom ... you can install it without any problem.

it's (SpbMobileShell_vulcan3.arm.cab) different version with my original SpbMobileShell ??

no ... it is the same but this version is functioning properly in x2 unlike other versions also in this version the carousel view is disabled

i like carousel view...where can i get the original version (free)...
