When i get an incoming call all i see is the NUMBER and the Android logo. Even if the person is in my contacts list. HOW do i see their name?

Is there any way to see if the call i am getting is forwarded from another number?
I have a big problem with my hd2, because it is handling the sms and phone numbers wrong:
If I place my Countrycode in front of my numbers the contacts getting found in the sms (Someone writes a sms of the number with countrycode and I get the name above his sms). If I get called by the person, it only shows his number.
But If I place a "0" in front of his number, without the countrycode, in the sms tab only his number is visible, without his name, BUT I recieve his name when he calls me?!
Anyone knows how to fix?

Do you have duplicate contacts? One on phone and one on SIM card?
I only have contacts on my phone...
On my windows mobile 6.1 phone I can just hold the number in the Call History and it will ask if I want to copy the number one of my contacts. I can't see how to do this with the HD2. Very frustrating, try anything on the main phone screen it calls them, try anything on the call history screen it calls them and I can't see a option for it on the menus for the phone app or the Call History.
I do see a setting: "Save to Contacts" - "Save new number when call ends" It is on and the number in the call history is listed as unknown but I don't see a new contact and in this case I want to add the number to an existing contact.

in the call history list, tap the small contact card icon at the right end, which makes all the tabs specific to that caller. you "should" (fingersa crossed) now be able to save or update.

I just wondered how to change the picture of incoming calls.
I mean, i can change the pic of evey contact, but want to change the general picture which shows of when there are calls incoming from people who aren't in my contacts or anonymous calls.
Now there shows off the green Android robot...
Couldn't find the picture on the storage too..

Is it possible to add a profile image to the Android voicemail contact that appears in the phone call history when you touch a voicemail entry in the notification pull down?
I've spent quite a bit of time collecting images for all my contacts and, though I know it isn't a bug in Android, it bother me to see the blank voicemail profile image among the phone call history items. Touching those history items does pull up a contact entry for voicemail but there doesn't seem to be a way to edit it. Is there something that I'm overlooking or is it just not possible yet to do so?

I want to put in an Image which contains all the tone dail numbers of my Voicemail.
It's so disgusting to wait for the woman's voice who says "for ... press 1, for ... press 2" etc.
