im searching for a working solution to activate the function of M$ Voice Command to tell me who is calling. im using a german version of the program
ive fond several threads with change a .dll and the .exe from german to english version and it works or change some registry entrys and it works but this guides are not for the elf. so i hope that you can help me.

I got the file from a website that the name I can't remember, but the CAB file was writen by a phlippine, he is really great, this file is the best I have ever used.
for My hard disk died, I lost all my datas...
I juat remember, after you install this cab file, you will have this program--"WM2005 Chinese Language Patch".

May I know how much space does all the font, patch and SIP took? May consider changing if it takes less space.
Also, can you like repeat the instructions posted there, and possibly attach the attached-file so fellow members here won't have to register to the forum to get the file.

I have one Woxter Pocket PC - This one but I have a problem - it's in Spanish and I cannot find a way to make it in English, because I am from Bulgaria and I don't speak Spanish, so it's hell of a problem . I was wondering if there's a way to make it in English I mean - the whole Windows mobile not only some menus but everything, I download from somewhere other language packages for Russian and so on but they do not translated the OS at 100% and tones of menus disappeared. I am considering another option - to reinstall the Pocket PC because a friend of mine gave me some version of Windows Mobile 6 (he said that he had downloaded it from somewhere).
So the Question is - is it possible to make it in English at all or it's better to reinstall it and if the reinstall is prefered solution could someone advice me where to read some tips because I'm lame in such things like mobile phones .

I just wanted to ask if anyone is interested in helping me make a wm6 for htc galaxy (dopod p100, qtek g100, imate-pda-n). I have both the korean wm5 rom and the english wm5 rom. I've tried the hyperkitchen tools sadly with no success. I would really appreciate it if someone was to guide me or work with me in porting wm6 to the htc galaxy.

Hello all,
Ive spent the day playing with various tools, and I need some help.
There are 2 methods i am approaching this. The first was a method was mamaich tools where i was able to successfully extract imgfs_raw_data.bin
and imgfs_removed_data.bin. Sadly, after that point, when i try to dump the bin file, i am unable to dump it because i get a "unknown header type" error. So I reread the hypercore tools tutorial, and I was able to set it up correctly, but i am not able to dump the rom, I put the rom (ceos.nbf) into the source folder, but it says "the system cannot find the batch label specified-make sure you placed the (space, no words) in the "hypercore\extract\source" folder! " which i did. I am stuck from there. In terms of converting the ceos.nbf to a .nb file, the
htc64 tool doesnt work, either does the typhoontools nor does nb2nbf.exe work, so i guess im stuck unles someone knows how to work around these errors. I also used the "grab it" tool, which dumped the rom on the sd card (i have it if anyone wants to give it a try), but i have searched on what to do with the bin with no success, I also tried some tools with the dump, but again with no success, so i am asking anyone out there who knows the answers to these problems to help me out.

Hi, I think this is impossible because there is no WM6 for any of these devices, and for you do that you have to make the drivers!
That is to much complicated to do, only the HTC is able to do that, if make something wrong your Pda don't work anymore!
But I have one with WM5 English and would like to translate to Portuguese but i don't find in the net the English version, where is the English version for download?
I want to translate for sell because i have one HTC P3600, but in English is more complicated to sell!

I'm also lurking on this topic. The only thing I can do to help is maybe extract my English ROM for you if you need it.
Making a WM6 ROM does sound hard to do, maybe it is possible to start with an exisitng WM6 update ROM from another HTC device.
It has been done on the Apache. It's possible.

can you upload the english rom somewhere to download ? PLEASE !!!!
I extarcted ROM from galaxy.
It is simplify to do using boot loader with r2sd command. image from sd works prefectly with standart tools.
the problem is in SPL that dosen't wont to load cookied image.

If you've rooted it through the set-up your able to change the language. Also i believe in settings>Locale & Text. I have the G1 so may be different but i doubt it

i bought a Tattoo here in Ireland for my nephew that lives in italy. he wants to have italian as a primary language on the phone.
I read that I can download the official WWE rom and simply flash that to get the missing languages.
Has anyone tried by any chance? Risk of bricking the phone? Problems with SPL or radio versions?
Just want to make sure im not sending him a dud for xmas

I'd say flash the WWE rom from the android development site. It comes with a big list of languages (Including Italian ).
I have updated the rom now i can use greek language but in sms composing the T9 isn't availble for greek.
Could anyone help please?
The strange part is that it is availble when i write text in the internet browser

- where did you get the rom? i found a version but is in zip format and you need to cid unlock the phone first with the goldcard. im not too keen on that.
i dont understand how could I install the zip other than renaming to update.zip and reboot to recovery?? could someone please enlighten me?
