OEMCompile is help to prepare OEM-packages for firmwares. Also it can automatically convert CAB-files to OEM-packages:

Yes it would be very useful I've managed to make OEM's before but it would clearly be MUCH easier to have a program to do it for you and then you could do it the hard way for stubern programs that don't convert right

for my system error,I reinstall the system to XP Pro ENU,I found the mtty tool could work on my computer,however,i used it in CHS system,it can't work!!!!

Hello guys, i'm new here, i am a noob programmer and trying to get something to work but its just driving me nuts.
i need to add arabic locale to windows Mobile 6.1, so i replaced the wince.nls, it worked but the hopper failed miserably, itried using small applications like "usemynls.exe" but it didnt work too well with the hopper either, i need help, and i will pay for it, plz if you have any idea about what am talking about message me or post here and i will appreciate that, i dunno how much a task like this would cost so we can discuss this,

Search for Paragon or Lingvosoft (I don't exactly remember which), one of them has localization packs for most languages. You said You are willing to pay for it, so buy the soft.

OK, I understand. But as I am no coder, I have no further ideas, except maybe You could still get the soft and look at what it does/replaces during installation - that could help You get forward.

dump arabic language sys from any device and use its language files in your sys

0407=german
get files corrosponding to arabic (you can dump an official arabic ROM to get these)

The wincenls probably goes mad as it doesn't have all the resources. Dump an Arabic SYS, grab of the resources, rebuild it, and then try.

That site written by one of our Moderators here at XDA is as good a guide as you will find anywhere.
Nobody can really write a quick answer to your question, start small and do a lot of reading - and don't forget the Hermes wiki (see brown bar above).
.. but the Mrvanx site tells you all you need to know to carry out an upgrade. Just be sure you have hard spl installed if you don't want any fatal disasters to happen!!

Hi guys,
recenlty I purchased this phone the model is copied from the back of the phone if the batery removed. I have managed to take the raw files (wm6.5 WWE) and create the kitchen. My goal is first to translate it and afterwards to cook the ROM and make it better. But after the extract of the files there are many problems translating it because the manual to translation any rom is a little bit confusing anyone interested to participate or help to the development of this ROm is welcome. I have tried to study also chinese and russian sites on the subject but i got more confused. Maybe because I do not know the language.

Just to let you know I have managed to Translate everything. But I want also to cook things up. Is there anay cooked ROM for dual SIM phone? It could be very usefull.
