HTC Customer Support in USA

hey guys, anyone had any experience with HTC customer support in the USA? does anyone have their number/contact information? i can't seem to find it anywhere.

Assuming you've got a TyTN, first call the reseller you bought the phone from. They should be able to help set this up for you. If your device needs service, it will be handled by HTC Europe, which means you'll have to ship it to Germany...
The only exception I can think of to this rule right now would be an 8525 purchased from Cingular (in which case you'd deal directly with Cingular for service).

unfortunately i bought it off of ebay. i'll try emailing HTC USA, maybe they can point me in the right direction. thanks.

Alas, this is the risk you take when buying from eBay... you're totally on your own...
Best of luck, but I can tell you others have tried only to be given the proverbial "deer in the headlights over the phone" -- "what's a TyTN..."

I have had the same problem, the only way to solve this problem is to go through HTC Europe as TyTn is intended for the European market, and take my word for it HTC UK is one of the most useless CS I've run into so far. Frankly speaking they are the reason i wouldn't be buying another ****y HTC device. Have had enough after Jamin and TyTn, seriously they are ripping people off. Try symbian for a change. Anyway I think if you know anyone in Europe, you can send them the device and they can take the device in to a service center and get a replacement for you. In my case my online vendor was helpful enough to get the device repaired. HTC America will simply tell you to contact HTC Europe.

Need Full Set Of Screws For Tytn

Hello everybody.
I have a v1605 which i had to replace the screen on..Bought on ebay...I live in Ireland and support here is to say the most CRAP!!!!!.....Htc repair centre---- sorry we dont repair them as they were never released here...Expansys Ireland ---- sorry you didnt buy the phone from us so we cant help you---- Anyway the story is i misplaced ALL screws which i had placed on sticky tape but being me i lost the tape...yes i know stupid...could anyone please tell me if its possible and if so where would i buy a replacement set of screws....I would also like to say thanks to all the peeps who keep xda up and running for the rest of us

Why don't you try HTC in the UK. Have spoken to them before and are usually quite helpful.
Alternatively someone in your yello pages in Ireland must repiar phones and might be able to get you a set, or their equivalent.

Giving away broken hd2 for parts

I am giving away two cracked hd2 that need screen replacement the phones are fine they just need the screen to be replace (1 screen and tools included also two batteries)and one has the usb port misplaced and it wont charge. I think somebody with knowledge can fix it i will pay for shipment.

[Q] HTC repair center in The Philippines

recently I have been having issues with my touchscreen and I was wondering if any fellow Pinoy HD2 users out there could tell me where I can get my digitizer changed? I live in Dumaguete so I probably have to send my phone to the repair center if they are located in Manila or where ever they are. Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem here, I'm in need of a good HTC repair center for my unlocked HD2 TMOUS, HTC philippines doesn't support it T_T. I'm in Cavite, hoping for someone to tell me of a HTC or mobile phone repair center around Imus, Bacoor, Alabang, Manila.... Thanks and hoping for any response.
