I have a vodafone magic, and for some reason when I receive picture messages it says download and when I press download nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've upgraded the ROM from WM2003 to WM2003SE. My original Radio Stack is 4.16. I want to upgrade it to 4.21. My device is O2 XDA PW10A1. But I've got the wrong RSU. It's from T-Mobile not from O2. So my device can't go to the today screen anymore. It's White Blank now. The battery didn't work. So I have to charge it everytime. I go to the Boot Loader , and the "GSM ERROR" appeared. I pressed the action button , the this message appeared "GSM turn on.....f a i l !!" What should I do ?? Is there a way to save my device ?

I tried flashing my X1 to the custom UK rom and it failed at 10%. Now it just boots to the tri-colour screen with the message

it should be the right number because ..it is under my cell network provider
is funny that ..rogers said it should be the firmware issue lol

In his original ROm problem is with reading numbers from contacts. Hi doesnt recognize the numbers from a contact when someone calling or sending SMS.
So i try to flash it with another ROM:

I've tried to update my phone with the update tool, Cab sender and rom but when I click 'S' nothing happens. Zune is turned off and screen lock is not running.
I'm with Tesco UK so support is nil but the phone was with Orange before I had it unlocked.
Could someone help me its been sometime with still no help.
