my BIG PROBLEM:
I am sure all of you know what a "beep" means... that is, when you make a phonecall, you hear those "beeps", indicating that at the other end, the phone is ringing... the problem is I CANNOT HEAR anything... i do not actually know when the call is connected because i cannot hear anything... the volume is so low that i can barely hear something if there is no noise at all around me... but the actuall voice volume is ok, when actually talking with somebody... only the "beeps" have the issue...
how cand i fix this? It is really annoying.. :|
ANYONE... there are hundreds users navigating but not one able to answer this? what a community...
I have this problem on the latest Tachiii custom rom (WM6.5 + TF3D2), in other words, its rom related so try a different one.
tried several... but if it's rom related... it can be fixed.. how????

Maybe this program can help you. I had problems with my voice and I have resolved this way. If you want a try.

Hey all,
I have searched high and low and can't find any solution, I have no2chem's k release but have been having this problem on multiple roms including BuildOS and such.
The problem is that whenever I'm on a call, instead of just hearing the call waiting beep, I hear the entire ringtone blasting in my ear and there's no way to stop it. Most of the time I can't even hear the person I was originally on the phone with. I have to tell them to hold on while the ringer blasts in my ear. There is only one program I have installed that I can think might be causing a problem, which is Ringo Mobile, but I can't find anything that suggests there is a connection between the two. Can anybody figure this out? Or maybe can someone install this program and see if they're having a similar issue?
Hello, My HD2 phone has weirdest issue, when someone calls me, I can still hear the ring, the sound of the ringtone, but also I can hear the caller if he or she says something, or if the caller is not talking to someone near him, I hear in the background hie environment or some day day I have heard a police car siren, or today I have heard people speaking, the caller was in a office with people talking. The funny thing is that the caller does not know that the phone is answering, otherwise he or she would say hello to me so I guess that the call is not established. I have tried the ghost writer cab with reduced sensitivity but without success. Could it be a carrier issue? I'm on Vodafone RO with HD2 ROM 1.66.405 and radio 2.08.50.08.

Very strange. I think my phone sometimes answers by itself...not sure if I press the button or something cause I keep it in the pouch all the time.
Keep us posted
I have S2U2 installed , and the issue happens even when I leave the phone on a table. Maybe it has something to do with vibrating? Somehow the Answer/Ignore slider get itself moved when vibrating?
Nobody? Everybody has a perfect phone? Please help.
Ok, so I have heard on this forum that other people have strange screen behavior, and a fellow member has same problem as me. Now I have installed the ghost fix 3.2 and I am waiting for improvements. There is still no fix for automatic answer, and someone confirmed that the talking is heard in speaker, not in earpiece.
I'm really sorry about opening a new thread, but i really need your help on this one. I don't know what it might be, I tried to search the forum for similar problems, but couldn't find nothing.
So the thing is the sound just disappears in mid call as for me and for the other end to, than it comes back, than it disappears again, and so on for the rest of the conversation. And, as you all would guess, that is very annoying.
My guess: Maybe something with the proximity sensor?
If someone experienced this and already found a fix for this, I would really appreciate the feedback.
Thanks in advance.
I have searched the forums but didn't find anything like this. I am trying to run android on my HD2 from TMobile.
I am using SuperRAM_Froyo_v1(1) and have installed Leo_RADIO_2.07.50.27_2 via the customRUU.
It will launch android but when i make a call it connects and i hear digital clicks and pops (sorry.. best way i know to explain it) I know the call is going through but it seems no matter what I do I can not get the in call sound to work properly.
Can anyone suggest what might be wrong and how i could fix this please?
Thanks!
setting>sound setting>disable audible touch tones. try again now
THANK YOU coldest~~~ !!!!!!!
That did it. I really appreciate your help.
Very confused. New to the S7E. I've got the Tmobile G935T running APK1 stock firmware. Every now and then, while on a call, the people in talking to say they can't hear me, like I've pressed mute. Obviously I have not.
I can't make it happen. It just does randomly.
I've read some stuff about people sound randomly cutting out. But this is the caller not hearing me. I can still hear them.
Is it just me? Any advice?

I had the similar problem and searched for a resolve and a member posted that there was an adaptive sound setting that may help your phone conversations. I have the similar problem and there must be a patch or a work around for this bug.

So I need to go thru the adaptive sound setup? I can't seem to find the thread (or post) your talking about.
