ROMs with Exchange - G1 General

I am looking for ROM's with exchange capabilities to test. I don't want to know the best ones, just the ones with functioning exchange.
Can you provide links? Thanks!

and more if you search "title only" for "rogers" in the dream dev subforum.

im using ramjet's rom of rogers. it's not the hero rom, but its very fast, stable and great exchange support.

[Accounts & Sync] Vanilla Exchange vs HTC Exchange

Has anyone else noticed that the sync agent on vanilla 2.1 is different to the 2.1 HTC/Sense version, with regards to Exchange...?
I have been swapping between ROMs alot latel in an effort to find the one that best suits my needs, and when I jumped to a 2.1 vanilla I could no longer setup my exchange account.
The reason is due to me using "servername:444" and the agent doesn't like being told a port number. I have already submitted this bug, before you ask.
Is it possible to "port","steal","migrate" etc, the agent from a Sense ROM into a Vanilla ROM?? I truly don't know.
Any help here is very welcome!

This is the only reason, why i'm on a sense rom - otherwise i would use a vanilla Rom. If there are solutions to port the Sense Version of Exchange Sync i would change my rom too.

Are the ROMS here the same as what is Posted at PPCGeeks?

Currently I am using the ICON Rom from over there and it has been the closest thing to flawless. I was wondering if the ROMs here are the same as what is available over there. I'm really just trying to get the most stable setup that I can because I'll be handing the phone over to my wife as soon as I can get my hands on a EVO 4G.
the roms here are generally for GSM phones
My rom posted here is the same found in PPCGeeks, it's GSM only.

Whats the best cdma rom

hey guys i was just trying to figure out what the best roms are out there
I wouldn't be able to give you the 'best' CDMA ROM here, and I believe no one can.
However, my two cents is that MightyROM is really nice. It's a CDMA-only ROM and is pretty speedy (it scored some pretty high benchmarks on PPCgeeks). Anyhow, the guys over at PPCgeeks have a much larger CDMA community (sorry!), so you should check them out.
My quick answer is that the best TP2 CDMA ROM is mine... because I haven't made it and never will, but if I did it would be the best ever
Seriously though, this question has only one correct answer: it the ROM you like the best, based on your criteria and individual preferences, after trying the many ROMs that are available. Good or bad, I don't think there is another answer. Happy flashing!
Mighty Rom
I would vote for Mighty Rom. Ease of use-support-themes enabling wifi, and all else. There has to be some thought given to what you are looking for.
Stability
Stripped down versions
Speed
I have been pretty happy with Mighty Rom but you may think otherwise. I have a cousin who changes his Rom almost every other day. Checking out which one fits his needs.

Roms and devs

I was just wondering what all ros we can expect, ad what all developers pla to support the shift? We have CM6 and 7, as well as MIUI and evervolv, will there be anymore? Post what you know

No one knows what to expect because no one can predict the future here. More than likely you'll have the usual group of sense based roms that are all very similar in funtionality and look, then you'll have all of the AOSP roms that are all the same without 4G more than likely(maybe CM6 will have it once they get everything sorted out). And of course you'll have the obscure roms like MIUI, maybe a Meizu port ect.

NfiniteX is coming over from the Hero this month. He tends to put some nice Sense ROM's together.

First time rooting a phone and thus am interested and confused about the possibilty of using a new rom. What are usually the differences between them all? Do they still all allow all basic features of the phone to work? Thanks for all the help with rooting and other questions.

Once they get the bugs ironed out they all should allow the basic features of the phone to work. Not sure about 4G as this is my first 4G phone, but you'll have everything else in due time. Camera, bluetooth, gps, wifi, etc. they'll all get working at some point. Right now those are the main issues with the roms that are currently out. Although one has no backlight on the keyboard which to me makes it unusable as I'm always using that keyboard.
Some roms are just stock Android, others have additional features that are useful and nifty. If you even give CM6 (that's already in the dev forum) a try, you'll notice a lot of features that aren't in the stock sense version.

Everday use ROM for privacy and security

Hey everyone, I'm running Tor Phone atm. Was running copperhead, and I'm kinda sad neither have functional MMS messaging because of the canadian dev team. Are there any comparable ROMs that have those security tweaks along with functional MMS and Snapchat? I saw something on the Nexus 5 forums: Euclidean OS. Looks like a super-legit firmware. I was hoping to find it somewhere here.
I wish I could afford a 2-phone solution, but sadly, that isn't an option.
