PS: This thread started as a question and now after running the updated version successfully on my diamond, I have changed the title of the thread.
It works on the diamond....
Here is my ROM:
HTC Touch Diamond (India)
ROM version: 1.93.720.2 WWE
Radio Version: 1.00.25.07
Protocol Version: 52.29.25.12G
Any reasons why it doesn't work in my case? I installed it on internal storage.
works on my diamond too.... not sure why you're having problems... could be .net compact...... have you got it on your phone??

I also have problems with the prog. I tried the new version on my diamond and still get the error with the invalid rectangles. I'm using WinMo 6.1.

I think you should be able to. Once unlocked, it shouldn't create any problems. If you still face any issue, you can always go back to old ROM and then jailbreak again.

i flashed my polaris and it works, i cant find anything new and i dont think its any faster/ slower
Some dlls and programs have newer revision and the radio is new!

i public soon the extracted radios for polaris and later soom modded! this is a garbage from my work! i try to enable FM, GPS and Wifi on HTC Nike!
i dont know but the screen seems to draw a bit faster when i start the device fom standby.. it might be just because i want this though

first you should update the radio rom, or you will have trouble by flashing a new rom. (watch the wiki)
i would suggest xplodes WM 6.1, because it´s verry stable and clean.

There is absolutely no windows mobile 6.1 version for gsm (elf or Elfin), if some body tells you there is, he must be wrong. The link i gave you of xda forum, contains various official versions of elf and elfin rom along with various dumped roms.

You can try Tabish ROM v3.3.6.1 it is closest too an original rock solid and fast.

Is it safe to upgrade to this ROM?
i had to use another serial number to download this ROM! with the S/N of my ELF i get the message saying that the update is not suitable for my device...

Do you have an Elf or Elfin ??? (The RUU file has Elfin on the name, so I'm afraid to brick my Elf if I use a rom intended for Elfin only

The radio version is below the 2.06.51.07 on the 1.61 Rom.
Also, is it possible the radio will be incompatible as a T-Mobile US Leo would be manufactured to use the USA 3G frequencies?

Because the HD2 will be introduced in March 2010 it is plausible it will be upgraded to WM7. Otherwise who would buy a the topmodel if 6 months later a new model would arrive with WM7?.
And in March MS will give a demo of WM7.
I think they skip wm6.5.1 and hopefully already testen WM7 on HD2.
If i flash this rom and the radio vesrion doesnt work can i flash back to 1.61 and get the "old" radio version back ???
