seggest me a rom pls

hi,
i have a VODAFONE 1620
could you suggest me a rom that works better than the actual?
at the moment i'm using:
rom vers 5.60.00.wwe
rom date 03/02/05
radio verison 1.13.00
protocol version 1.337.42
ext rom version none
im not able to understand wich one should i use to improve the actual.
could you help me please?

first you should update the radio rom, or you will have trouble by flashing a new rom. (watch the wiki)
i would suggest xplodes WM 6.1, because it´s verry stable and clean.

hi man, thx 4 the answer.
i would change the rom just because i was not able to update the radio rom ( i have used the wiki but it returned several error anyway ).
could you link me the the rom "xplodes WM 6.1" because i didn't find it in ftp server.

could someone tell me how to upgrade my BA to the new rom? ( WM6.1 Pro CE OS 5.2.19209 (Build 19209.1.0.2) ).
should i use the wizard and change only the upgrade file? ( from HELMI_BA_WM6_R0_Public.RAR TO RUU_BA_xplode_WWE_6.11.00.rar.rar ) or should i use a different way ?

Is it for specific language?

I upgraded my HD from a dutch rom to this rom last week. It is a WWE rom and runs just fine. It is posted already on the forum.

Uh, the thread title "New HTC Touch HD ROM available" a few lines down?

We've got the same situation like when hotfix has been released. 5 similar threads a day. Here and on rom development sub-forum.

ROM or WM ?
I want to change the language on a HTC Touch HD from DE to ENG.
Is it enough to flash the ROM with a WWE? and then the windows will start in ENG?
Or after flashing the ROM I need to install the O.S. as well ?

If you want to install 6.5, then after hard spl download the latest version 24 present in the same page. Hope I helped you.
Edit: Dear I just noticed that your device is Htc Diamond. So please go this forum. You will find the correct version for your device.

PS: This thread started as a question and now after running the updated version successfully on my diamond, I have changed the title of the thread.

It works on the diamond....

Here is my ROM:
HTC Touch Diamond (India)
ROM version: 1.93.720.2 WWE
Radio Version: 1.00.25.07
Protocol Version: 52.29.25.12G
Any reasons why it doesn't work in my case? I installed it on internal storage.

works on my diamond too.... not sure why you're having problems... could be .net compact...... have you got it on your phone??

I think you should be able to. Once unlocked, it shouldn't create any problems. If you still face any issue, you can always go back to old ROM and then jailbreak again.

personally I just grabbed it should I need one for warranty ... I will continue to stick to xda-dev-custom ROMs

What about installing Hard SPL first?

upgrade spl 1.83 olinex first?
