Hi, i've got the following Problem. I got a HTC Advantage x7500, 8gb version, updated with official ROM Win6.1 (German) and it works just fine.
However, when i use it with the docking station and use an external keyboard / mouse i have found no possible way anywhere on the net to have a swiss keyboard layout accepted by the Advantage. I've read my way through several forums, about 100 internet-pages, tried about seven different softwares, and nothing actually worked.
Does anyone of you have any idea how i could go about it to make the Advantage work with a swiss usb-keyboard? Can i do any remapping in the keyboard.dll? How would i have to go about that?
I'm grateful for any help you can give me.
thank you
René from Switzerland
Does anyone know how to install workable Japanese & Chinese keyboard? I've tried many softwares but unsuccessful. Mine is Generic_SG.
Please help.
well i did some google-ing and after finding several websites saying why Chinese SIP (soft input panel) won't work eventually i found this http://www.cootek.com/intro.aspx it looks alright but its not a freeware. sorry i couldn't answer your question
I guess the only way is to change your region to TW or CN for chinese input, as far as for Jap... WM 6.5.3 seems not working with any of the localisation tools avail around
Hello everyone,
New to android OS and started to love my Samsung Vibrant very much.
I used to be using the T-Mobile HD2.
My question is, what is the most reliable traditional Chinese input method I can get from Market.. preferably free
I heard somewhere else said that "Set Taiwan" has a very good traditional Chinese Zhuyin input. Does anyone know anything else that work really nicely?
Thanks all!
Hello, i'm trying to get chinese input working on my HTC snap.
I have searched and found alot of solutions. However nothing seems to work.
Displaying chinese is ok now. But i'm still looking for a way to enter chinese (I prefer pinyin input method, like on desktop windows)
I tried CE-star, but it thinks my trial period already expired (I just installed) so i can't test it.
Has anyone got Dayhand 's Plumsip working on an HTC Snap with WM6.1 standard?
-> It installs fine but i don't see any option to enter chinese anywhere...
Or does anyone have chinese input working with some other program?
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone could help, just noticed that the built-in dictionary in the standard Samsung eBook reader (where you press and hold on a word to bring up the definitions), has stopped working. All I get now is a dictionary not found error.
Has anyone else had this / advise how to get the dictionary working again as this is a very useful feature.
I'm using the latest version of the European firmware.
Thanks.
