The google link for the official US version of 1.5 Android Cupcake for the G1 does work BUT it is getting overflooded by too many people... I went ahead and downloaded the file and re-uploaded it to my server. For those of you that don't want to sit and refresh the google page every 10 secs, head over to my site and download it. I don't offer any tutorials, forums (kinda), etc but I do have just the link up... enjoy!

This is a copy of my post in the Android Software and Hacking General Forum, which I am reposting here because I feel it will make it easier for HTC Aria users to find the version of HTC Sync that allows you to sideload applications on a non-rooted HTC Aria.
Hey guys, last week, I let Engadget know about an official version of HTC Sync that can sideload applications to a non-rooted Aria. HTC just pulled that version of Sync. However, I managed to get it before they pulled it, and I wanted to post this here to help others with an Aria get Sync 3.0.5372. I uploaded the file using MultiUpload, FileDropper, MediaFire, and a few others, and I'm mirroring it to other sites now. I'll upload this post as I add links.
Here are the download locations:
Unfortunately, I can't post these direct links, as I'm a new user. PM me for them. I'm really sorry about that, but the rule makes sense.
And here is the BitTorrent Magnet Link:

The only good of this is for side loading
What?
andromirror.com is a Free Android ROM Hosting service. The Idea is to provide a simple hosting solution with many (awesome?) Features for both, the user and the developer. Users should not waste their time searching for the changelog or install instructions. And developers should not waste their time (re)uploading a ROM to serveral mirrors, posting the changelog in different places and keep telling ppl where to find the install instructions.
tl:dr Free hosting solution for your android ROMs
Features
User Features:
See Changelog, Install instructions, latest Release and additional Files on one single page
See live upload progress while dev is uploading a new Release (no more F5) (not working right now)

Automatically publish Release after upload
MD5 check before upload (no upload needed if file exists on server)

Hi evereyone
I see that HTC1guru.com is down for a long time so I'm thinking about starting this site again, but on free server.
My idea is to upload all RUU's, OTA's etc. on Google Drive server and mirror to dropbox or mega.
I can start server on free hosting without ads at Hostinger.
But... I don't have RUU's I have only GPE 4.4 RUU and somewhere maybe with Sense 5.0 - 4.1.2 (exe), so I need support.
I see on androidruu some RUU's , I'll download them and sort them for GPE Edition and Sense.
Also I'd like to insert there tutorials how to flash RUU, OTA etc.
What do you think - is it a good idea to start sth like this?
I'll host it for you, premium private hosting. PM me if you're interested.
nice to know first I need to have most of RUU's and OTA's then I'll PM you
