HTC TyTN Camera app does'nt work

Hi,
I've had the HTC TyTN (Dutch version) for a year now. Recently I've upgraded to WM6 (great!) and installed pointui (removed it after a while).
Ever since, the camera application does'nt work anymore. Whenever I try to start the camera application, I get no response.
I've tried the hard reset, still no response. I've tried to 'copy' the camera application from another TyTN, still no response.
Can anyone help me?

try reflashing a different rom, If the camera still doesnt work I'd think it may be a hardware problem. If it works, re flash your rom of choice to see if that makes a difference. remember to backup all contacts etc... I like spb backup for that. Hope this helps....Cheers.

problem with new sensor sdk and htc album

i installed new sensor sdk and reg cab
after that i have problem with rotating in Htc album sometimes it doesn't rotate sometimes wrong rotate and sometimes it is ok.
i installed new htc album too and i have problem like old one
what should i do?

i have the same after new sdk install.
pictures taken in landscape are not displayed in the thumbview correctly ( displayed as upright format )
also, rotating does work .. but .. will go back to upright format after a few seconds without moving the device.
would be great if someone can have a look into this and advise what we can do to fix this.
( diam300, hspl 1.93, radio 1.00.25.05, udk beta 5 ger and a lot of modifications made to the software ;-)

I found that new sensor sdk and htc album rotate picture according to picture size to best fit of screen.
can anyone else test it?

My HTC HD camera makes green photos ?

Hello,
the camera of my HTC HD was working correctly until recently as now I am unable to take a photo with 1 million or more resolution (if less, it works !)
If I try to take a photo with a 1Million resolution defined, I can see the thumbnail correctly through the HTC Album manager but if I try to open it (from my HTC or Windows), I only see a "green" photo" (see attached photo).
Could it be because of a radio rom update ?
Does someone already have this issue ?

Are U changing your CPU clock speed - nuedynamicclock - that can cause such issues..
Another thing is Hard SPL and ROM mismatch. Search the forum for that

I dont have changed my CPU Clock.
I have never Hard SPL my HTC HD (I have only used USPL and CustomRUU to upgrade my radio rom to the latest version 2 months ago (but I dont remember if the camera was still functioning after that as I am not remember if I took some photos after this upgrade ))

I would like to test a third party application to take a photo and see if the problem remains.
Then I should be know if this is a hardware problem or not.
Do you know any application able to take photos with the HTC HD ?

Finally I have installed a cooked rom (dutty 3.8 XT) and the camera is working again

camera only take pics in portrait mode, why?

hi all. i have dutty's r9 installed in my blackstone, which is a great rom btw, but i didn't like to lose the zoom in the upgraded camera, so i reinstalled the original hd camera app.
zoom came back and camera seems to be working fine, but now the shots that i take are not being saved in landscape mode anymore. i tried two different cabs of the original camera and this is happening in both of them. any ideas of how to fix it?

Help Photo and Video Camera pixelated

Hello well I have a problem and I can not fix the video camera and throw my cell phone always pixelation photos and videos you see on youtube, megavideo, also come out pixelated've tried almost everything.
I changed the HTC official roms and I've also tried the cooked roms here between them.
Roms vauss the Pro 4
the official Roms Rom 1.66 and 3.1 HTC official
I moved all settings and have come to think until I cheated and that is a Chinese mobile which I have but do not think so because if not, not cogiera the ROM you install and all that ....
I've also come to believe that may be the version SSPL / HSPL which version I have now is 1.42
that was the one that comes with the current ROM that I have bone the Vauss Pro 4

aaa night sometimes when I use the camera Flashden like Pink I get the photos and looks Remal!!
I give you an example of how I get my camera pictures on the internet I found this image that resembles as to what I get in my camera and video playback.
