Hi all,
I have a Touch HD running Dutty's 3.3. I have installed the T-Mobile Rhodium theme from Dutty's 2.7 and now have a bizarre black line on some screens. See the screen grab.
Anyone able to offer a solution? Cheers!

Does the black line disappear if you uninstall Rhodium theme? May find that there is a incompatibility issue. Also what does the Rhodium theme offer which Duttys V3.3 doesn't?
Thats why I like it... It just looks... better than standard, in my opinion.
The line wasn't there beforehand, and wasnt there in Dutty's 2.7.
Maybe there is some kind of incompatibility - was wondering if anyone might know of an easy fix?!
Thanks

Doesn't look to different from V3.3. But if its causing the line, there must be some incompatibility issue.

Hello,
I need help here .. I'm new in this forum.
So I couldn't decide which one is better TF3DHDB2 or Manila ?
There is lot about it here, I read most of it .. and now I'm confused.
should I install TF3DHDB2.cab ? or Touch-IT_Blackstone_Manila_HD_FULL ? to get the most performance and functionality.
and is there a Beta 3 or final version of TF3DHD ?
Thanks
I think, it`s both the same.

No, they are not. Darran did some change and some functions (e.g. AVRCP) could work
So which one ?
dunno, just extracting the German version from an HD build and see how well it worx on my x1
with Manilla i allways had problems with this darn Album. lagging like hell and keep freezing my phone.
Stick with itje's Touch-IT version. I had both versions and Daran's was slow and buggy. (sorry Daran)
I found itje's a bit buggy too (sorry itje ).
Eventually I came to the conclusion that TF3D probably isn't going to run perfectly on an Xperia whatever these guys do with it (geniuses though they may be).
I hope one day they will prove me wrong - and no doubt others will claim that I'm already wrong...
Just to let you know...I was almost giving up using TF3D on the xperia until I found a great fix. It's floating round on these forums, but it consists of disabling TF3D from the Today screen, creating a panel, and then loading TF3D in the panel.
I don't know if this is old news, but I applied the fix and NOT ONE SINGLE CRASH in three weeks...which is fantastic compared to the original Touch-it TF3D crashing twice per day. I'm not sure if it applies to all TF3D versions, but I ran the fix on the latest 3.01 Touch-it ROM.

I agree cos I stopped using TF3D after a while and I no longer want to use that in my Xperia as I rather use softwares like SPB Pocket Plus with Inesoft Software.

hey, my xperia crashes every now and then but only while changing the panels. but not always. is this the same problem as u were facing.
and one more thing, i heard that using TF3D as panels slows down things. is that true in ur case?

Can you give as a link to this fix ?

Now i do not know if you can use these while using touchflo.
I dont use touchflo obviously
But works on my Touch Pro
If you find you CAN use these with TouchFlo, let me know.
is there a skin or a standalone verison that will display the album art like on M2D for us VGA users who don't like using TouchFlo?
hey bud, let me explain something i have looked high and low for the exact same thing.
and i as of yet found nothing.

thanks for the reply, hopefully there'll be one soon

What version is it? Cuz I'm currently using Audio Manager version 2.0 (build 1819.1228) and I miss out a full touch feature to browse the playlists with my finger instead of using the tiny rightside scroll-bar...
does this one have that feature mabye?
VGA HTC Audio Manager
As it says in the title, can be found here in the Diamond forum.
Edit It's v2.2 and shows album art correctly.

Hi there, what version of audio manager are your very nice skins for? I am looking for VGA skins for 2.2. And you have a nice looking site there too!
It makes no sense not to have a diamond!
Edit: Having trouble registering on your site, I will try again tomorrow.
I've been looking around and couldn't find the answer. I tried one of the black dialers and it didn't mesh well with Dutty's EXTREME ROM's that have the new Manila?
Has anyone found one that blends well aesthetically?

Duttys ROM is one of the first to use the new Manila which isn't compatible with a number of apps. This may be why your dialer ain't working as its not compatible.
I haven't personally searched for any new dialers as I'm happy with Dutts, but a quick search in the applications forum may get some results.
hy!
I have dutty 2.1 extreme rom, and can't get the stock tabs in 3d like on pic. its only list of stocks.
Can someone tell me how to do this?
Thanx
the stock list is part of the new TF3D I think, and if you wanna go back to the old one you'd have to find a ROM that has an older TF3D stock app..
i actually prefer the new one that comes with Dutty 1.8+,....
ok, so it's the new one I thougt that it's yust to change the look of stock.
but the old have a 3d options this one not.
thanx

Me too, I have the same issue...
Strange that they decided to take the 3D view out of the new manilla, as it would be complete with it.
I have found a version of the panoramic desktop mod for touchflo3d2 but i found it in the xperia forums and it has some issues with the rhodum touchflo.
here's a link to the xperia version: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=506654&highlight=panoramic
Does anyone know if there is a version that has been made for the Rhodium?
rotastrain mentioned in another thread that he was working on one
Panoramic background
I'm using this:
FOR SMARBERG ROMS(NEW ONES)
WITH WIDGETS
Panosidetoside v3.0 smarberg.cab
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=190753&d=1243861734
SIMPLE-
Panosidetoside v.3.0
http://www.nanoknife.org/Rotastrain panosidetoside 3.0 without widgets.cab
Taken from the link mentioned above.
All creds go to Rotastrain! Great mod!
Everything is working but I have a few questions...
The third picture is barely visible... I mean only a little bit of it becomes visible before the scrolling ends...
What is the optimal res. for pictures to Rhodium?
Using a Touch Pro 2 with shipped ROM. Manila 2,1
Got it working
I'm using Rotastrain's as well on my Vodafone Stock rom, it works perfectly. The guide how to apply your own background panoramic images works perfectly for the TP2 as well.

To fix third pic issue combine the three pics you wanna use into to one large 1536x512 photo. Scale down to 1200 x 512. Copy the image and open a new file with the scale 1536x512. Paste the 1200x512 copy into the 1536x512 new file. Then follow the directions by cutting it into three 512x512 pieces. The third 512x512 piece will be most while but this doesnt matter because the white portion will be cut off and you'll only see the part of the image that matches the other two pieces.
