HTC Home Vga!

I have found a working version of HtC Home for VGA Devices. It has 6 Tabs and all is working. And it does work with HHC so you can easy change the icons clocks and so one.
So now doe some vga themes for the diamond. MAybe we can get the weather animated in Htc Home. I also search for a way to get this version in german!

OK, but...
This seems to work fine as advertised. However, the method used to scale to VGA has broken the wallpaper functionality of the homepage.
Any wallpaper set gets squished out double width, and looks pretty poor.
That said, HTC Home VGA on a diamond, with a black theme and black background looks pretty cool.

On my diamond is half-sized and too small... why? (i used it with second today)
PS: oh and i can't change theme, it's allways the same like the screenshot

I didnt know everyone was looking for a HTC Home. I had this since July. Everything works fine including weather, just doesnt have a player. proper sized, plus changing themes all no problems.

This look great on my trinity and ~I tried the QVGA version in July. But since the release of manila editor - this look out dated. going back to 3d

Now it runs on my diamond. just did a reset and it works now. But when i change a theme it looks not so good. the themes from hhc are just to small. Who do you get your themes an how do you install them?

Download RC Mod, UITweaker, and use your own wallpaper and create your own theme

sounds like u are using QVGA themes. download VGA themes instead

Clock skin
can somebody rezise these pictures from this two clocks so i can youse this in the vga version as clock. that wouldt be perfect.

Does anyone know if TF2D would be compatible with the Juno? I know that it can be operated with just the control pad, so that isn't a problem...

Same user interface as the diamond, but with no animation for the clock, messages, weather. Hence 2D. Diamond displays TouchFlo 3D. 2D is just the regular diamond setup. Hope that helps

just so you know.. i made nothing but the shortcuts to run manila. all thanks go to who ever found the opal rom and made a custom rom. and those of wich who started the manila 3d/2d projects. and herg for making the cabs that run manila on our phones.

Oops, I did say that wrong didnt I? Ok, Mike has worked hard on this to work on the shadow...fair?

HTC Home plugin on HD

I really miss today plugins and having second today is inconvenient. so would be possible to install old htc home plugin? I read that it completely freezes phone, any solutions?

Have you had a look at Manilla Control? I'm not sure if it's running on the HD (but it runs on the Diamond, so it should be fine) but it lets you have a standard Today screen and Manilla and swap between them with a simple sweep gesture.

Does not work. DO NOT INSTALL it on HD unless you want to hard reset.

Absolutely work PERFECTLY on TIM ITA branded models, maybe you've installed something else wrong

If I had to hard reset like mcano annouces it I prefer not to try this version!!!!

Maybe you've pre-installed something else that causes a conflict with the plugin. I repeat: it works perfectly, as you can see...

Instead you could disable HTC TF3D and use MobileShell 2
It combines both. Features from TF3D and todayscreen plugin with programs/weather/contacts aso. Also it´s skinable. There are skins that are looking quite as tf3d - but much better favorite contacts.

Hey guys,
Even though I don't have a Diamond or Raphael, I decided to take a stab at this one, because I've seen many people requesting it.

yes, like the ability to customize manila (change order of tabs, etc.), (should have) a smoother experience, and a whole new stock tab!

that's ok!
it is very easy to customize. I believe it's in the Settings tab that you can change the order (left to right) of the tabs by dragging and dropping. Also, you have a stocks tab on your Fuze?

"stock" like "stock quotes"? like dow jones..if thats what ur talkin about THATS ****IN FANTASTIC .. i could so use that, especially with the changes comming down the ladder in the next few months.

BTW TOuch HD is WVGA. this one apparantly is for WVGA because I've tried and can't see all the bottom part.

does it work on htc athena ?

didnt work at all on my Fuze.
had to hardreset to get my original back to normal.
ill wait..its ok

no go for diamond here, tap here to launch touch flo --> starting touch flo -- > repeat couple of times and then crashes.. darn..

I'd like that answer too. Any perceived problems in just trying it anybody (assuming the device has hard SPL that is)?

Doesn't work
On my Athena (VGA, WM 6, original ROM) I tried the Blackstone TF3D, after install it went into a loop
1 - "Tap here to launch TouchFlo 3D"
2 - "Launching TouchFlo"
Then back to 1 again, after a few loops it froze
After complete uninstall of Blackstone, I tried the Diamond TF3D, all files copied but no setting, or program to launch, it also did not appear in Settings/Today/Items where it could be checked.
Was looking forward to giving some better feedback than this but neither TF3D runs at all.

it replaces htc album, with the new one from diamond 2. the link is in the windows folder if you didnt have album installed before.
the only difference i noticed was that it is a little more snappier (faster)

Yes its a bit snappier (a subjective adjective).
The fonts in the options menu have changed.

if dutty ports his newest rom to x1 then we can have landscape manilla ASAP.. but as far as i know dutty is the only one with the files and has his rom protected so ppl cant easily get the files.

I think i don't get it. I've installed it and no new icon in start menu. Then i found HTC_Album.exe in windows folder and started it. That worked but I didn't get the point. How do I change the displayed folder and what is the purpose of the software anyway?

yes. it replaces original album app.
i did not put shortcut in programs folder as most has album installed, and it would be 2 shortcuts or none depending on language in rom then
the shortcut is in win. dir for thoose who want it.

But I can't even zoom a picture. You are required to use the zoom slider on Diamond 2 / Touch Pro 2 which we don't have on X1.
Also, I can't browse through the pictures while in full screen using touch gestures. It's prety useless then?

not 100% sertian, but i think that is an inplantation from the new touchflo, called htc geasture.
