Hi,
Anybody knows how to associate Audio button from HTC Home to launch Audio Manager and not Windows Media Player?
you need to install htc home customizer-then you will be able to customize your htchome plugin.
but suddenly i have problems with it.i can change media player to audio manager-but it dont works.
certificate or missing part error message.
ok,i find the cause at least.
when you want to get audio manager to work you must use the cab from xplode in this post.it works without errors.thx to explode again.

attention!NOT cabs2 it is named only cabs (big huge rar with 8,5mb with adobe reader LE,windows live etc.)
nice day with working audio manager and brand new, nice looking home plugin
thanks it works just great
Is it normal that Audio Manager just list and play album tracks in alphabetical order rather than by track numbers? I've tried correcting by setting up a playlist but still get alphabetical listing and play order.
No biggy. Only a small issue in the whole scheme of this much welcomed upgrade.
Cheers.

i have installed htc audio manager but it don't start!i have udk 4.0 rom...
Everytime when I try to install the HTC Home SDK files, it will always prompt me the certificate is invalid. Though I manage to get the HTC Home plugins work but the certs components can't be installed. Can someone tell me why ?
If I click on (back), (play) or (fwd) from HTC Home plugin, the song does not play. I have to click on the player, above those 3 buttons, open the application and then the song can play.
If I have to open the application, then what are those 3 icons (back, play, fwd) in HTC Home Plugin for?
I'm using Home6.cab from Helmi btw.
Which battery status are you referring to? The battery icon that launch the battery application?
I'm looking for something to use that show (without clicking) the remaining battery on the Today screen, currently I'm using SPBPlus which shows the battery on the top of title bar.
If an icon which shows percentage remaining on HTC plugin or has a battery bar on titlebar, it will be great.

I had a proper working Audio Manager with HTC Touch P3452.. Then I installed Manillla Touch Flow & then it stopped working and started showing this error....
Audio manager cannot be opened. either irs not signed with a trusted cerf. or one of its components cannot be found.
I removed the software , Installed the cab file of HTC Audio Manager, but it is not the 1 which was there before... With sprite backup restored the latest back up but in vain...
It doesnt even look like Original 1... And the Size of the Title of the Song and the album has also become very small And the colour has also changed...
Any idea how can I fix it up...
I want it to start looking as it used to... If not that Atleast the font size of the Title of the Song and the album increase...
Help please.....

Does anyone have a working Audio Manager for X1:s WVGA screen (480x800)?
I've got HTC Audio Manager (v2.0 build 1819.2129) running on my X1 (after renaming AudioManager.exe.0409.mui to AudioManager.exe.041D.mui since OS is in Swedish), but all graphics and fonts are QVGA up in the left corner. I guess that it would work to update the mm_skin.xml (and mmr_skin.xml) and double the size of all pics, but that seems like a lot of work. And maybe someone's already done that?
Probably a WVGA version will come with Touch HD, but I want it now!
Thanks,
kjw
Yes, it would be great to have the HTC Audio Manager working on the X1.
I downloaded five different versions from the web yesterday; none worked. Searching for hours to no avail.
Help or a working cab would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

Why don't you try the search function. It can really do wonders.
There is a Touch-IT_Blackstone_Audiomanager.cab in one of itje's posts if I recall correctly.
the actual audio manager program does not work using the Touch-IT_Blackstone_Audiomanager.cab. The audiobooster does, but not the audio manager. I've searched, but have yet to find a working solution to get the audio manager working. Any ideas or help?
Thanks
you can find it here... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=442154&highlight=Blackstone+Audiomanager 2nd post...
*edit* oh I just saw your above post... so this doesnt work then??
Unfortunately, that appears to be the case. That's too bad because the audio manager is a really need program very similar to how the ipod works.
install one of itje's roms, its working 100% on his roms
Why bother with audio manager if you're not using tf3d? Audiomanager from the HD is incorporated into tf3d.
use any of the other freeware ones.
If you want Ipod alike then use s2p, it's on here in Dev&hacking, A_C the author even posted up in this section with a better version for the x1 to take advantage of the extra power the x1 has..
Amazing piece of software.
the audio manager program is actually really nice by itself as it has a nice interface very similar to an ipod (being able to browse easily by artist, album, playist, etc). A lot of folks like myself do not want to have tf3d or have to install a custom rom in order to have this program. The only other program that has a nice browser would be pocket player in my opinion. So are you telling me that the audio manager on touch hd is completely different from the other htc devices and the only way to use it is with tf3d?
yes that's exactly what I'm saying.
and i'll repeat again, why don't you try S2P ?
It's much better than audiomanager and looks like the Ipod/iphone player.

S2P is really nice but doesn't do well with WMA. Great app from A_C though . . .. . .
hi,
i have the vga version of htc home installed on my standard desktop but i'd like to have the extra tab enabled to allow me to use the htc audio manager. has anyone else used this ?
i see that the blackstone audio manager is available for download. i did install this but it didn't actually seem to do anything - has anyone had a better experience ?
cheers
Search the forum for "HTC Home Config" or something similar.
There is a program out there which lets you config the whole HTC Home Plugin....
I guess it is on the KAISER Forum ...
Greets !
Edit:

Look here :

thanks for that. i was aware of the customiser but had assumed that it wouldn't work on the vga port of htc home and unfortunately, i was right. :-(
which leaves me with the blackstone audio manager.
anyone used it ?
Is there anyway to set a group ringtone? Group ringtones settings cant be found anywhere
Hi,
I would be interested if there is a way in the HD2 but for my Touch Diamond I had to use an small app called Vipringtone. This worked well.
I've just tried it on my HD2 and it does work. Version 8.1.0.
Hope this helps but I'll be interested in finding out if the HD2 has it's own way of doing this?
Cheers
Neo
thanks ... but this doesnt work. will have to wait ...
Is a compatible version of Tone Manager for TP2? I tried installing the version I used on my Kaiser plus Compact Framework and it wont let me use the buttons to set any tones. Is there another version out there or a similar app for the TP2 or am I doing something wrong?
