Hi there, i just installed the 6.5 beta and everything works great. the only thing i would like is to have dutch t9 is this possible?

Not until the official release.
There's a '14 language pack' for EZinput somewhere on the forum, try searching for it.
It worked fine with Danish T9.

I tried installing this on my Diamond2 Topaz and it doesn't seem to work / or i don't know how to active it. Dutch isn't listed on languages tab

Hi you will not find it...but wenn you go to your sms/mms and you type a message then you will see that your t9 is dutch...Succes

installed "Dutch T9 WM6.cab (496.3 KB, 261 views)" and now I've lost the t9 function on my HTC touch diamond 2. Any way to undo this?
I used several, get the Dutch option back, but when I type no characters appear, when I switch back to English it works again.
Using TESS 3.4
Dutty's ROM have working Dutch be default, but I really do not like the SMS in Manila 2.5 way to slow... (sure you can disable the HTC SMS, but 2.1.1919 is faster.

Only one remark: on my HTC touch 3G the languages between Portuguese and Swedisch are blank. Dutch is the third one down.
This Dutch T9 doesn't work anymore after I've updated my Diamond2 to the latest ROM: WWE 2.53.405.5 !

The Polaris is a fairly new device. So there are no real ROM's available at the moment.
Maybe there will be some ROM dumps in the near future

You can't "patch" a ROM to use it with a different language. You can however translate a ROM. HERE you will find more info on how to do this.

I gave up trying to cook a norwegian rom myself. I went back to the stock 6.0 norwegian rom. There are very few additions to 6.1 (mostly threaded SMS) that I really found useful.
Atleast the stock rom had nowegian keybord and XT9 working.
Yes, I am thinking about going back myself. Running Norwegian XT9 is more valuable that threaded sms...

I flashed the original Norwegian ROM to test and it was just as bad as feared, jumped straight back to your Opal rom

2nd.- How can I copy these files to windows folder. It is not posible - I´ve tried it via totalcommander - but I cant change files atributes :-(

Finaly I tried to copy these files to polaris to new directory and next I copied these files via TOTALCMD in phone to the windows directory.
I´ve tried it on oficial WM6,1 and works fine. Now I have aboute 75% in czech. Every words seems to be displayed OK.

I have 3LIT3 VI and text in system/touch flo settings is displayed corectly...

I am back again. I´ve tested this and I found one small problem. In HTC wheather - If the weather at night is clear, there is one translation mistake. In CZECH there is vymazat (delete).
Can you change it to for example čistá obloha, nebo, jasno etc... ?
Is it possible? Who made this CZ files? Is it extrahed from HTC TYTN?

As mentioned above, by the goldcard method. So happy with it!!
But the small prob is that i need the Dutch language XT9. It's not included in this ROM. There are others like French, German, Italian and Spanish.

So is there a way of getting the Dutch XT9 language?
Yess... by installing the cab below (This really really works!!!!)
for WWE version with English, French, German, Italian and Spanish and it will add Dutch!!
OR the hard way by reg editing (Thanx bel_z_bub!!!!)

Nou, ik moet zeggen dat 1.48 WWE sneller aanvoelt en smsen beter gaat ivm keyboard. Wat mij irriteerde was dat als ik apps installeerde deze in en map "programmabestanden" kwam. Sommige apps installeerden zichzelf dan weer in "program files". Dat is eigenlijk mijn grote hoofd reden.

So I Installed the T9 Input 14 Languages Update.cab (found here: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=402121) on my Touch HD and hoped i could use the dutch T9 dictionairy. Instead of enabling all the languages, my T9 dictionairy stopt working. When i tap any symbol it vibrates but it doesn't fill in the symbol.

but watch out the maker of the cab asumed you have the WWE version with English, French, German, Italian and Spanish and it will add Dutch.. if you don't, better set it manually with the 3 keys provided above..

extract the 14 languages cab you used with winrar or something and see what changes it makes to the registry in _setup.xml
