Maybe Bricked Wizard - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario General

Yesterday was installing the drivers for the Redfly viewer on my XDA Mini. When the drivers had finished installing, the device soft reset and wouldn't get past the O2 splash screen. I've been browsing the web for possible solutions but haven't found a definiative answer. Can anybody give me some advice to possible fix my XDA?
Alex

This will erase all data and restore your phone to factory default settings.
Hard reset sequence: Press VoiceDial button + Comm Manager button + soft reset.

nah, it hasn't done anything still stuck on O2 splash screen. Thanks anyway

HELP!! Can Not Boot after hard reset

I have installed a program that the device din't like, now it doen't boot anymore, I only see the start up screen.
How can I start over and delite what is on, if I can not start up?
The hard reset is not working, any ideas?
Soft reset or Hard reset.
You try this for HR : "Hold the comm manager buton and the voice command button at the same time.
While holding these push the soft reset button. Keep your fingers on the Comm and voice Manager buton. After about five seconds a screen will appear asking you to press the green send button.
That's it."

Have you tried the following steps for a hard reset?
# Press and hold both the Comm Mannager Button and the Voice Command Button
# While keeping those two buttons pressed, press the Reset Button with your stylus
# After about a second you will be prompted for confirmation. Press the Talk Button to confirm
This should hard reset your phone. Let us know how you get on.
try to keep and hold comm manager button, voice command button and power button together
yes y tried the hard reset but nothing:
hold comm mannager and voice command and reset button.
go to the wizard mod forum and find out how to do the USB boot and reflash your device

First, try to do a 'SOFT REST' (Push and hold down Camera button and push the Power On button) and see if it works out,if it doesn't,then do the 'HARD RESET'
To perform a Hard Reset:-
1. Press and hold the Comm Manager button and Voice Comm button on the device.
2.Keep the two(above mentioned) buttons pressed, and at the same time, use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button.
The phone will reboot, and on reboot will ask for confirmation, press the 'Send' button, which is usually used when answering/calling.It'll do the Hard Reset.
But mind it,you'll lose all your personal data, like contacts, settings and messages, which of course, you can again put in.

Cannot Hard Reset

Hi,
I am puzzled by the fact that I cannot hard reset my device at all via the hardware buttons. I can hard reset via clear storage, but cannot hard reset by holding explorer and gps button + soft reset button. This just doesn't work for me. The device does nothing. Any suggestions?
Thanks for your help.

Strange, with my device it´s the other way around. Can HR via buttons but not via clear storage. If someone has an solution for one or even better the both of us....don´t hesitate.
Hold the stylus pressed in that hole.
Press the two magic buttons.
Remove the stylus but keep the buttons pressed until you see the "welcome screen".
OK now?
Figured it out
Bloody HTC...trinity can HR with device off. Was use to that. With Polaris, it is required to have device on!
So Thanks Dimitri,
You order is correct. Just that the device must be turned on and booted into WM6 OS.
With regards to Clear Storage. Not sure how I can help. Could it be your ROM? I've only Clear Storaged with two ROMS. Bepe and the original manufacturer's ROM (Taiwainese Version). Had to reflash to Bepe to get English. Maybe try a different ROM?

Urgent plz

Could you provide us with the following info:
Which rom are you currently using?
Have you recently flashed a new rom? Problem may be with this rom in particular
What is your current SPL?
When did this first start happening?
Have you recently installed any apps?
Have you recently changed any registry settings/tweaks?
This may help us narrow down your issue

Hi there abiis,
You can try resetting your phone back to factory settings by performing a Hard Reset. Try to uninstall any programs that you may have recently installed first that may be causing a conflict. You can backup any data on your phone (such as Contacts, Messages, etc) using PIMBackup before you perform a Hard Reset.
To perform a Hard Reset, try the following:
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then briefly press the POWER button.
2. Continue pressing the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons until you see this message on the screen:
Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.
3. Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

i know this option but i need a solution without having a hard reset thanks any way
can't you just backup before hardreset ?
To be honest, I think a Hard Reset would resolve your problem with the dropped calls... but if you are unwilling to perform a hard reset, then I would suggest that you try sending your phone back to HTC for repair assuming it is still under warranty?
Best Regards.
well this depends greatly
which end call button is he using. if it the red software one then its a software problem, and this would be remedied with a had reset
if its the one on the bottom of the phone with the 4 button (start call, home, back and end call) then this could indicate a hardware issue and in that case i recommend a return to vendor
