Hey People i've been searching a lot on the net and i cant find a way to set up bluetooth PAN connection between two mobiles ( Touch HD and XPERIA X1 ) so has any1 got something for this ?
They have this for symbian (BlueTooth walkie Talkie) but WM not so lucky shame as that was a great fun app

I'm new to this forum and have a question about Bluetooth Development on Artemis.
I'm developing a small J2ME Bluetooth application for my Artemis. The usual apps work fine with the Midlet Manager, but as soon as I use a bluetooth object like "LocalDevice" in my code the midlet manager can't even install the midlet ...
On my Sony Ericsson mobile phones it always worked ...
I'm asking that because I read that the Artemis is supporting the JSR-82 ...
Can anyone help me with my problem?

1, welcome to XDA-Dev
2, as a rule of thumb, you will ALWAYS want to read my articles, even past ones. I've elaborated on this problem several times; most importantly, in the chart ( http://www.winmobiletech.com/092007MidletBible/CompatibilityAndMain.html ) of my MIDlet Bible; see the "JVM Bluetooth (JSR 82)" row in there.
To summarize: Unfortunately, currently, it's not possible to get BT support in any KVM on WM.

BTW, there was an add-on for IBM J9 but it's been recalled in the meantime. I've discussed it at http://www.aximsite.com/boards/bluetooth-talk/209772-pocketpc-bluetooth-enabled-midlets.html
Is there currently a KVM for WM with JSR-82 support ?
Also is it possible to send/receive WM wireless modem AT commands in J2ME midlet?
I normally have a external mouse for my laptop, but today, I did not have it. But, I did have my Diamond next to my laptop.
That made me wonder.., can diamond act like a basic bluetooth mouse (using the accelerometer) --- the buttons can be on the display (touch)?
Is there a WM App which already does this? ?
Probably not with accelerometer as phone would have to be lifted and would not be easy to use but with touchscreen yes but that wud just be like the touchpad
Ofcource it can, like wii-remotes.
I see them do that with N95's so our beloved Diamond should be capable of it just as easy

Sony Ericsson have a feature similar to what you have just mentioned, but it uses blue-tooth instead.. Maybe someone can look @ the se and take some ideas...!

We've now been given these 'Blackberry' look-a-likes at work. And although I'm normally an HTC guy this is a reasonable phone and should have it's own forum.
I can confirm that Route 66 runs like a dream without any lag ;-)

as far as known ... garmin has not release any version for android phones yet ....
search on market "map" or "gps" or "routing" for available mapping & routing software for android...
