can please s.o. tell me how to open 7-zip
on my windows mobile device?
i check from time to time if i find someone who ported it but so far i didnt find it.. its too bad as i have all my archives as 7zip on my laptop..
winrar has a pocketpc version, free. never used it, but the PC version handles .7z files. worth a shot. www.rarlabs.com

I want to extract the files contained in a .cab
I know you can open the .cab in any unzipper, but you get different files.
For example: if I want to extract the Manila files form a .cab that installs a clock how do I extract the respective manila files??

Nobody can really write a quick answer to your question, start small and do a lot of reading - and don't forget the Hermes wiki (see brown bar above).
.. but the Mrvanx site tells you all you need to know to carry out an upgrade. Just be sure you have hard spl installed if you don't want any fatal disasters to happen!!

you need to extract it on your device ..! use rar ppc to extract
Hi , any can tell me witch files have in to the /etc/wiffi because i have only wpa_supplicant.conf and i need too the file nvram. Any can share the file or say where is file with wifi mac adress.

Extract from that ROM or flash it again. Btw that thread is for Q&A section. Please before post anything, ask on the referred ROM thread like a post, is not neccesary to create a thread, and if you are gonna create a thread that one must be done in the correct place or section. THANKS!
