HELP!!
I have updated my Cruise with 3LIT3 VI Rom (that has the radio rom included).
Today i have tried the GPS and i found it very very slow to fix the position and the position was completely wrong (i was in the middle of nowhere in the sea!!!)
I tried other radio roms but it's still very slow and actually i can't fix the position.
any ideas?
My GPS also suddenly stopped working. This after flashing a custom ROM from Gullum. I tried to solve the problem with flashing the RUU_Polaris_HTC_WWE_3.13.405.0_radio_sign_25.85.30.07_1.59.42.15_Ship (original HTC with radio) rom. Unfortuantly flashing to an original ROM didn't work.
My guess is that the GPS is broken.

Hi all. I wanted to get Tom Tom working on my phone, however the radio won't update at all. I flashed the Ax3L lite rom which was meant to come with a radio, but it said my radio was 1.16.00.00. Flashed it again with AX3L, same problem. Flashed it with the official rom, then a radio, still the same problem Could anyone pleaseeee help me out?

I bought my Touch Cruise from UK. It had ROM version 1.28.405.3 and Radio Rom 1.58.21.23. I installed HardSPL, and I did the Polaris Unlock. At the last stage of the unlock (where you click Unlock), it said my Polaris was already unlocked. This was after it put the patch radio on.
Since my wifi reception was never that good, I later upgraded radio to 1.68. The rom flashed ok, but ever since then, my wifi didn't get much better, and my GSM got worse! Now I get maximum 2 bars reception. Most of the time, it's one bar, or no service!
Was the unlocker the problem? Or the 1.68 radio rom? I've seen several threads on here that say the unlocker patch radio caused it, while some other threads say the 1.68 radio rom doesn't always work properly.
I hard-reset, but the problem is still there. I downloaded the WM6 Rom from the HTC website and I flashed it onto my Touch Cruise (even tho it's 1.25 and my Touch Cruise came with 1.28), but the problem is still there. I get max 2 bars, or many times no service.
I restored the original SPL, but again, that didn't fix it.
Any ideas?
All fixed got a new rom with murata built-in and the GSM reception is fine so far.
i flashed my artemis with official htc wm6 rom one night then with yue 11.1 wm6 wwe
everthing seems to be fine but i noticed that there is no change in
splash screen that appears first and even radio remains same after yue rom upgrade
then one more shocking thing i found out that i can't call and i m not reachable when somebody else tried to call me.
i tried upgrading the radio to 3.21 then also no improvement
flashed again with artemis 4.01 no use. no change in splash screen and radio also.
now i m with yue 11.3 rom everything is working but phone is searching for signals.
also tried another sim card also
plz suggest me some solution
i think you have to SIM unlock your phone... maybe this will help

and for the YuE.. all Yue ROMS seems that don't have splash screen and radio .. so nothing change in these.. and you can try to flash another radio.
Hi all,
Am suffering from a problem in my FM Radio, I installed new Rom and that seems was the problem after that i tried the radio and no response it shows that it recives channels and also scan well and i found the chanells with the exact freqancy of it.
the head set is working well am useing it with songs it works excelent every thing from my view is normal but the radio i can not hear from it any thing.
my windows is 6.1 PDAVIET
Rom 1.52.61.03
Radio version is 1.58.25.21
do you have suggsions or new roms that can solve the problem?
I resolve the problem by setuping the formal rom , every thing works normal now
and I promise my PPC not to do that again
how to flash to normal rom after upgrading?
hey i have the 1.32.405.6 rom and the GPS just never locks! when u use the gps est program i get just 3 satellites. i installed the Orange ROM 1.40 and the gps works perfectly!
but i dont like the "ORANGE" all over the place. any ideas how i can fix it cause it seems its a rom problem.
