I have used Tjes and Jack rom, both are very good! But they are concetrated on TF3D. And because I hardly use TF3D, I am wondering are there any great Roms without TF3D?
I'm loving itjes 6.5 ROM.
i am using Charon99´s rom the liteand fast version
i love it but it is a lil bit old and in all the other rom´s i read something from new drivers etc. new builds and so on
i would love it if someone creat a rom without HTC stuff
only Xperia stuff but Lite and some optimations
i would be happy if in the rom were
-panel manager
- X1 dialer
- some standard X1 software
-Solitair
all the rest could be removed and installed if you want this would be a perfect ROM and of course it should be german xD

edit: lol hab mir die ROM die du in deiner sig hast angeguckt...udn sofort nach kurzem gucken weggeklickt...Manila/TouchFlo im bild aber hab grad gelesen, dass die lite version ohne maila ist jetzt noch in deutsch und ich hab ne neue ROM^^ ( ich wechsel selten den Rom koch, aber langsam wirts zeit nech )

Ja, alles aus dem R3A Update - was es noch nicht gibt - wie zb PanelManager, Cam, Media Panel und Xtrakt (nur in der full Version) ist da drin. ebenso wie einige optische anpassungen aus den Topaz/Rhodium Roms. Eine Version, die mit dem deutschen Hardware Keyboard funktioniert (ohne die selber ampassen zu müssen) gibt es hier in der ppc-welt.

aber wenn du nur den panel manager reinhauen würdest in der lite version sollte reichen die Panels installiert man dann mit UC einfach mit die man will ^^ (mediapanel benutz ich nie^^)
die games kannst du auch raus lassen^^ bis auf solitair...und wenns sein muss dieses bubble ding^^ optische anpassungen...solange es nicht zu arg entfernt vom X1 design is ist es in ordnung^^
würde mich auf eine leichte und modifizierte rom wirklich sehr freuen, wenn du eine machen könntest und wirklich nur das nötigste rein z.B. sollte man auch Java selbst instalieren können...benutz ich auch nie^^ und opera installier ich auch selber via UC

Opera sollte drin sein, hab ne schnelle und gute version erwischt irgendwo... bezüglich der optischen anpassungen...die screenshots lassen es ahnen... (stichwirt fingermenü, nur wesentlich schneller!)
Oper will be included, the build I am using is very fast! the optical tweaks could be uessed from the screenshots...

I think about to order this device as a german "Vodafone VPA compact GPS".
Is there something to know, before i order this device? (positiv or negativ)
So i will use it as Phone, for notes, planning, listen music, GPS-navigation with diverse GPS-programs for PPC/WM6.x

It is a good PDA for little money.
OK, that is that, what i have think...
In this time i have a Wizard but the hardware keyboard of the Wizard i use only sometimes. Before i must order a external GPS mouse, i will change my device (my contract goes in a new extension, so i can buy a new device by little money). And a integreated GPS is for me helpful.
Is there some Problems with the OS? (I think i make a update to a german 6.1, if not installed)

Das Diamond is einfach besser es hat aussreichent mehr Speicher und die bessere CPU mein kauf tip ist das Diamond!
PS: Es gibt keine software probleme auser das der speicher knapp werden könnte je nachdem was du brauchst.
Hm, sieht zwar nicht schlecht aus, aber ich denke, dass ich trotzdem den VPA c GPS nehmen werde. Da kann ich wenigstens meine Speicherkarten weiterhin verwenden.
Der Diamond hat lt. Datenblatt keinen Kartensteckplatz.
Auch der Preis schreckt mich ein wenig ab (Da ich das Phone ständig bei mir habe -auch bei Arbeit in den Außenanlagen- ist das Preiswertere gut genug, zumal ich den compact II schon kenne, mit dem der compact GPS -bis auf einige Verbesserungen- verwand ist).
Weißt du zufällig, ob es beim "c GPS" auch so einen Unterschied gibt, wie beim "c2": G3- und G4-Geräte? Das mußte ich ja beim ROM-Update berücksichtigen.
Knapper Speicher lag beim c2 eher an nicht geschlossenen Programmen und an dem überladenen extROM, den man ja nicht installieren braucht... => Geschwindigkeitseinbußen + Sicherheitsprobleme

Hallo und noch mal vielen Dank für die zahlreich zur Verfügung gestellten ROM-Files, welche sich auf meinem HD2 durchaus sehen lassen, habe da auch einen Favoriten, welchen ich aber hier der Fairniss halber gegenüber all den anderen Programmieren nicht nennen möchte - dennoch, BigBusiness Leute!
Kurze Vorstellung:
Bin einer der Ersten, der schon am 21.11.2009 dieses HTC sein Eigen nennen konnte. Als gelernter Informatiker (Technikerausbildung mit Fachstudium) bin ich natürlich sehr am Programmieren meines Eigenen Windows 6.5.x interessiert.
Mit 25 Jährchen kann man mich ruhig mal ernst nehmen, und mir den jenigen Support geben, um welchen ich euch hiermit bitte. Zu meinen Fragen:
1. Wo habt ihr den Quellcode her, bzw. in welcher Programmierumgebung habt ihr es zu Stande gebracht die Anordnung der Sense Schaltflächen zu verändern?
2. Ich habe irgendwo schon mal so eine Art HD2 Emulator für Windows PC Betriebssysteme gesehen. Hoffentlich fällt euch ein, wo ich den vielleicht mal saugen kann.
3. Ist es möglich weitere Befehle in Menüs unterzubringen, bzw. um auf meine Frage zu kommen: Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Startmenü die Anordnung und Sichtbarkeit der Elemente einzustellen (Wabenmuster) - würde es möglich sein, eine Art Menü-Schaltfläche zu editieren, welche Optionen für das Startmenü aufruft, in denen man individuell festlegen kann, wie viele Spalten (3-5), ob versetzt oder im alten iPhone-Stil, das Startmenü beherbergt und welche Größe die Symbole der Elemente haben sollen?
4. Der Grundgedanke würde mir gefallen und Ansätze sind zu sehen, wenn man sich die unterschiedlichen Themes anschaut, welche unterschiedliche Uhren beinhalten. Ist es möglich zwischen mehreren Schriftarten zu wechseln? ich sags mal so, selbst SAMSUNG hat das schon geschafft!

Hello, and thanks for your ROM files, which are very great! One of my favorite (I don't want to call the name of the COOK, means fairness against all of U) looks nice on my HD2.
Short description of Me:
I'm 25 and one of the first owners in Germany, means I bought it on 21. Nov 2009. I'm Consulting Engineer (branch of technical informatic). Against you wrote I ment you could be "serious" with me =) an hope that you could help me with little support, because I'm newbie in Mobile Programming. I please you. So that are my questions:
1st- "YES I KNOW" but to clear and solve the problem with the translation - Where did you find the source of winmobile or what are you using for compiling and programming things like "Placement of Sence Buttons"?
2nd- "I thought i found an HD2 emulator somewhere, it looked like" - but now I know i'ts only the Device Emulator from M$ and a Skin which looks like - but what a pitty I did't find it again. if you know where I can load them It w'd be nice.
3rd- Is it possible to integrate additional entries in Windows menus? OR for especially - taking advance of make own decisions how much Cols are in the Startmenu without installing *.cab for each option (3 cols, 4 cols, 5 cols, ... or availability to move Shortcuts with your finger to your previous prefered position or in Subfolder - I saw it in one of the ROMS, but without handling of Subfolder movement)
4th- You all did good jobs, but everyone has it on taste, means I'm not OK with some Themes or Other things in the Custom ROMs. BUT is there also a possibility to change Fonts without installing *.cab files for each of the prefered font? Embedding of a LIST where you can change the font you want in the fontmenu (Manila-Settings-Personalize-Font), would be the first thing I want to do. I will saying could be no problem - SAMSUNG also does.

Just read only one of about 100 manuals "How to cook a rom" and mostly all questions will be answered.
I was cooking BlackBerry ROMs in the past - I used (how is the Framework called?) Windows Explorer and I think that is one of the essential things you really need!
I wish you good luck on the search for the HTC Sense and Windows Mobile 6.5 source code - neverending search I think.

is it necessary to flash again ??? or is it only a little update, so i can wait till the next to flash again ???

maybe i'm doing it tonight and give you report about your work !!!

Fresh stuff for flash-junkies . Thank you will be using my miRom.
miRom2 differs greatly from miRom1 programmatically, and graphically. mainly, ManilaMenu and new Co0kieHomeTab 1.8.5. In this combination, 20 MB free RAM. miRom1 with Co0kiHomeTab 1.7 has about 65 MB free RAM, with HomeTab 1.8.5 would have about 55 MB
miRom2 with Co0kieHomeTab 1.8.5 has about 74 MB free RAM and Co0kiHomeTab 1.8.5 by very many useful functions.
... and is buggsfree- Actionmenu and SMS works without additional installation

So, ROM ist drauf:
Dauert ein wenig beim Installieren (denke es liegt an sense) aber das Warten lohnt sich.
Bisher läuft es sehr stabil und gut.. im Gegensatz zu meiner bisherigen Win 6.5 Original SW (Aussetzter, Verlangsamung)
Kann nur sagen: Alles in Allem sehr gelungenes ROM.
Dafür gibt es ein : Fettes *Respekt* von mir!!
Macht weiter so..

Dauert ein wenig beim Installieren (denke es liegt an sense) aber das Warten lohnt sich.
Bisher läuft es sehr stabil und gut.. im Gegensatz zu meiner bisherigen Win 6.5 Original SW (Aussetzter, Verlangsamung)
Kann nur sagen: Alles in Allem sehr gelungenes ROM.
Dafür gibt es ein : Fettes *Respekt* von mir!!

- weil ich die meisten zusatzprgramme in der normalen inst.rutiene gelassen
und nicht eingekocht habe. dadurch lassen diese sich deinstallieren, falls man sie nicht braucht oder updaten möchte.

danke für das guuute zusammenspiel, mein freund! viel spaß mit dem ROM, finde es persöhnlich auch äußerst gelungen
Das manko wo ich noch hab, ist die tastensperre. wenn ich über cookie die cht sperre aktiviere dann kann ich nur den bildschirm ein und aus schalten aber es startet nicht die tastensperre. Wenn dann muss ich aktivieren das ich oben den button zum sperren hab, dann gehts aber mit der power taste will es nicht.
habs mit s2u2 gelöhst aber braucht halt wieder ne menge ram.

ich habe auch die Brasil Rom Version genommen danach auf Deutsch umgestellt.
Alle Funktionen sind wie vorher gegeben, mein Rom war eines von A1 vorher.
Habe mein S7 nun seit einer Woche.

Es ist zwar toll das Flash 10.3 geht aber irgendwie hab ich das gefühl das die grafikleistung in Spielen nachgelassen hat und der Launcher ist etwas laggi geworden.

Have you Testet some other Roms too?
It is nice that run now Flash 10.3 but the GPU Speed and the Launcher / Home Screen is more Lagging.

Übertakten: Habe SetCPU Probiert aber es geht nur bis 768 MHz. Kennst Du noch andere möglichkeiten?

Habe nun die Indo version Probiert. Muss sagen Läuft besser und nachdem Kamera Patch läuft die auch.
Insgesammt flüssige, spiele laufen wieder besser, gps ist schneller nach ca 3min fix mit 10 sat. und die lockscreen meldung mit den provider ist auch weg.
fehlt nur noch nen update wo der g-sensor in spielen vernümpftig läuft..
I´ve flashed now the Indonesien rom and it runs more smooth, Games and Gps run Better. Gps cold start after 3min. with 10 Satelites.
The Lockscreen message is now also Fixed.
only missing a g-sensor fix for some games.

Du musst dein Tab gerootet haben mit SuperOneClick (evtl. auch andere Root möglichkeiten) Dann Gscript aus dem Market laden.
Nun die Runtergeladen .zip entpacken und die .sh irgendwo auf der SD.
Gscript starten und bei Browse die .sh eintragen bzw. auswählen und den Haken stetzen "als Root".
Danach ist bei Gscript ein neuer Button, den Drückst und wartest ein paar sek. Jetzt sollt die Kamera funzen.
Wenn´s Probleme gibt schreib einfach.

You must Rooted your Pad with "SuperOneClick) and then Gscript from the Market.
Extract the .zip file and save the .sh file everywhere on the sd card.
Start Gscript and Browse to the .sh file. Make check to "Run as Root"
Now in Gscript you have a new entry, push the Button and have fun with your Cam.

I concur, as much as you might have a difficulty with the English language it does remain the language of choice on the forum.
