Tweaks your HD
(It makes changes to the registry much easier. It has a range of functions, though I think most people use it to improve performance via cache tweaks)

Use SecondToday... With it, you basically have two today screens (one for TouchFlo, the other for other today-plugins) between which you can switch.

Is it possible to disable phone wake up when a new message comes in? I want wake up to be enabled when a call is coming, but not for text messages. I think there are some "scripts" in the registry to control the ringing-behaviour and these involve wake up. Is it possible to modify this setting specifically for SMS/MMS?

What does it do to achieve it? I don't like XperiaTweak too much, I don't think it's a very good piece of SW. And it means one app more.
it does what you have asked.

I know so man, I want to know HOW IT DOES IT. This must be a simple registry setting (Anything else is rubbish anyway). I just wanna know which one and I'm so happy.

Doesn't sound like it's working well for them. Are you sure this is the same thing that XperiaTweak does?
Have you tried applying the registry tweak mentioned in the threads? It was what you were looking for, wasn't it?
HK_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\RIL
Select "New" D_Word and you will be asked to enter the details :
Top portion just enter : DisableSMSWakeUpEvent
and bottom portion just enter the value : 1

Hi,
I would like to be able to display more appointments on the FL3D home screen and for further into the future than tomorrow. I have tried searching the forums here but without any success. Does any know if this is possible and if so how it is achieved.
Thanks,
Mark
try using Advanced Config
Advanced Config> Calendar> Today Item>
You can change options in here.
Did you even tried to use the search of the forum? This question has been asked a hundred times.

Hi supersanj,
Thanks for the advice but I can't seem to find the 'Advance Config' menu, where is this located?
Thanks

Normally its under programs or programs-utils. But some ROM's don't have it installed.
If you can't find it install the attached cab.
Relax !!

These forums are so big now, and so many people use different terminology that it can be ridiculous to try and search them. Have a heart.
Today I realized that the calendar tone in my Galaxy S was way too short and that it only played once. After looking through all the menus I had to ask my friend Google and I was chocked to find out that it's not possible to change the tone in Galaxy S.
Is this really true? And what's worse is that the function is available in vanilla Android. How can they remove something useful and dont replace it with something better, or at least ANYTHING?
I tried Calendar Snooze but it wasnt that good. All I want is to be able to change tone and also so it will keep playing until I do something.
if you use the forum search button you will find that it has been discussed and solved already. it should be in this forum or the vibrant forum

CM7 is compatible with Wimax and has been for quite some time.
Although I'm not in a 4g area I have been and it works just fine.
